Hello Dakka,
I know I promised an update on Monday but the 54 hours of night shifts this weekend kind of blew that one out, bed was more appealing!
Anyhoo in all that time I didn't actually get much painting done
However I have brought the army up to 800points to give those ultra smurfs a bit more of a kicking later this week. I finished off a new warrior squad, Haemonculus and am nearly done with another unit of wytches.

The WWP still needs a few touch ups before its finished but I was quite happy with it overall...

Spent the evening finishing basing the new Wytch squad for the 800points game, didn't quite finish but figure I'd post the pics up here anyway as its set to be another busy week.

Looks as good as ever. i like how different your scheme and models are then the average DE player's. it really adds a personal touch to a usually very cliche looking army.

Im on the edge!!!

Wow well it has been a long long time since I got to these guys, but the past month has been full of life, work, uni applications, dressing and living as a viking, and hardcore partying as you do so these little guys have been a bit overlooked.
My other reason for over looking them slightly (apart from my Radicals) is my best mate and the only guy I play against regularly has moved over to Canada for a bit to do some work for Lionsgate.
So with no marines to launch raids upon and enslave, these guys are hiding in the webway for a while. I did buy a Ravager though which will get worked on eventually, its well down in the things to do list....

Anyhoo, here's what I finished off for our last game before he left. I havent had time to do the bases for them yet but where there's a 14 hour night shift there's a way!

Reaver Jetbike Succubus with Punisher and Tormentor Helm (The tiny shoulder gun!) He was initially going to be my Archon but I preferd the idea of lots of cost effective Haemonculi!

These are some really awesome DE. The grimy colour scheme does a lot to set them apart and make them believable.

This is the best DE army I've ever seen. Actually makes me want to start a DE army

One minor complaint: The warriors just don't live up to your concept art, and they seem pretty poor compared to the awesomeness of the rest. I think they need some more loving, warriors like the one in the concept art would push this army from plain awesome to legendary

Especially love the characters, talos, the bikes and the raider A very impressive feat to make the horrible Raider look that cool

Illumini yea I know I never really matched the warriors to the art, essentially while slowly making the army I discovered my best mate and the only guy I play against was moving to Canada for a bit so we wanted to get a few games in before he went, so I did the warriors as fast as I could. I may revisit them though!

Ra-ra-rataboutchee Newt-Of-Death I live in Lisburn but work in Belfast, generally don't get an awful lot of time to game, and am not the best when it comes to the rules, we should try and get a dark eldar vs dark eldar game sometime just to wreck heads!

On the point of the blog, although I did have a sporadic moment of updating, they are back on the back foot as I try and knock out an infantry platoon for my radicals, although I currently have tonsillitis, so you may get an update sooner rather then later...
