Given that Kyoto posts Reaper's new releases every month or so, I'd say that was intended to be humour...
Alright...I was a bit dumbfounded there for a second.

Werner Klocke has some of the best sculpts for Reaper. I dunno if he freelances or what...but he's good.

MrGiggles wrote:Interestingly enough, miniatures are manufactured the world over.
I find that hard to believe. I was in Guyana for 2 years and didn't even find one miniature manufacturer. Besides I asked my local redshirt if anyone else makes miniatures and he said no, no one. That's why it's called the GW hobby.

I understand every word in that sentence yet it is still gibberish.

Wait, you got the backwards talking thing but not the Zatara/Zatanna reference? Anyway she is a long-running DC hero. Along with Black Canary she is responsible for 67% of the fishnet stocking fetish cases in America.
Darth Bob wrote:Nice miniatures, but have you honestly never heard of Reaper miniatures before? To be honest, I cannot think of a bigger company than Reaper with the exception of GW.
Again I find this hard to believe. Surely if this... what did you call them Reap Her Miniatures? was so big someone would have been posting their new releases from time to time.

Why hello there Tallarn Army Callidus Assassin, how are you today?
Gasp! It only assassinates members of the Tallarn Army!
I walked right into that one... Actually it's even worse, she only assassinates Calliduses who are in a Tallarn army. Not much call for her services but when you need a Tallarn Army Callidus Assassinated she's the one to get.

Mods / Boss,
Can we please somehow work a script into the Dakka forumws that prevents Kid and Darth Bob from posting in the same topic?
The straight lines and the replies are killing me!
Seriously though, KK, I still think Reaper's version of Sanguinius is a must have...

I have him, he was the first version of the Emperor I did.
Great figure, almost 54mm tall, bigger than a termi for sure, perfect for an Emperor/Primarch. Automatically Appended Next Post: Just found this in the preview section...
Looks like the economy has hit Zatana hard. Those fishnets don't come cheap.

Alas, I am tehfailz at detecting internet sarcasm. I can't say I have really noticed your topics on their new releases . But now I know. And knowledge is power !

Yes, this is indeed my favorite model for use as Sanguinius. I'm a big fan of this rendition:

I'm sure this "Reaper" will be getting their C&D shortly.
They do indeed have some cool sculpts from time to time. They weren't always that good though, I remember years ago when my dad first started buying them that they had a lot of bad ones. Some were just "meh", really generic, but the monsters were really kinda bad. The early dragon, hydra, and I think there was a giant scorpion too, all looked like crap. They've done much better dragons since (I think Sandra Garrity is responsible for that).

Yea, I get a lot of Reaper stuff, and about 80% is really nice. Sometimes I get towards the end of painting a figure and decide it isn't me, it's the model that sucks. However, some of my absolute favorite models are Reaper. They are awesome for more "fancy" Inquisitors and some excellent Necromunda models.
I am excited to get home and see which one of these will work as a Senechal. I am looking to start a RT adventure or 5 and getting models will be great. Damn working blocking Reaper's site!

Reaper Rawks for fantasy minis. The probably have the most complete like of race/class combos that can't be beat and the Chronoscope line is just full of win.
