Love the conversions, and the list seems pretty solid. Have you played any games using the Swarmlord yet? Every time I've seen him on the field, including going against him in my own games, I've seen him get spammed by lascannons and whatnot.

That doom looks awesome, what base model did you use to put it together so far?

pth: The main body of it is a nid warrior with a small bit of chopping.
Used the head without the carapace and added in the mawlocs carapace plate, with half an upside down fex head at the back lol.

NIce blog, especially like the harpy... I delve into the blog space too little I think. One thing that does bug me is the use of upside down scything talons as bone swords, doesn't look right to me. Have a look at the swarmlord in my gallery, it took me a short amount of time with plasticard ( I could have done more, but I wanted it on the table asap) and scy-talons.

With the swords i wanted to keep a simple style that will match the warriors, so all ive done is swap the thumb and blade around, shave off the carapace down to the last 3 sections by the hilt and then carve the edge to make it more blade like.

Not too good with plasticard and wanted it ready for the weekend, so didnt want to start anything too big so far.
