what extra requirements do they use for the atlanta circuit? i saw for the second event @ treefort games that the lists will be 1850pts. do they need to be painted/based? is there a separate award for painting/sportmanship/best goatee? (kidding about that last one) is there a wysiwig requirement? i'm finishing up an army that should be done in time for the second event.

You can play an unpainted army, but you won't win overall since it's something like 20% of your total score. Prizes for Best Overall, General, Sports, Paint. No proxies.
