They'll both get past base coats this weekend, but here are my two (so far) versions of the Stormraven. Both Have Typhoon Missile Launchers.
The Hurricane sponsons pivot and are removable. I've used Rockeye CBUs for Bloodstrikes on this version. I also decided to go with wheels just for fun. If I build another one of these I'll weight it so that I can have nose gear instead of a tail dragger.
Just ordered 4 of the new Sentinel HKs for Bloodstrikes. The Hellstrikes and the Whirlwind launchers are just too big and/or bulky. The lascannon muzzles are barely visible on the front of the hull.
Neither is the greatest photo ever, but....

Thanks for the tip Sanguinary Dan, I'd been looking for the "right" Bloodstrike missiles and now I too have four of those Sentinel HKs on the way. They're going to be perfect with those launch rails included.
And here come my Storm Raven pics, although I'm not as far along as you. I used a Rhino and Chimera for my main hull and put on the Razorback deck for my main gun turrets so it's easily switchable for multimeltas or las. No real place for Hurricane sponsons (and I don't like the look of them anyway) so I mounted my Hurricane Bolters underwing like rocket pods.
Oh yeah, the cockpit area is a Predator front plate from Chapterhouse Studios and my flying base is made from a green stuff tube glued on a 60mm base - cut it to whatever height you want and glue the cap to the belly then you can remove it for transport
I've posted some of these pics before but others are new

This is the SR that i started working on a couple days ago. i dont have 60 bucks to drop on a valk kit for wings, so i got some plasticard, and made my own. inspiration is a mix of the wing shape from the F-35 JSF, and some other scifi aircraft i was somewhere. fuselage is just an upside down rhino. those posts stickin out the back are where the dread goes. need to work up some kind of release mechanism though. some great models on here, i kinda feel bad puttin this one up.

I wouldn't reccomend buying a whole Valk kit. Battlewagon bits and other online sellers will sell you parts. I got the wings and engines (including the tail assembly) and it probably ran me mid twenties dollars. I don't remember exactly. Got my Crusader Hurricane Bolters, Sentinel HKs, Land Speeder assault cannons, and Leman Russ multimeltas the same way Automatically Appended Next Post: Or search "40k bits" on ebay. Lots of goodies there too

The company called Mythicast is now selling an interesting model called the.... Ravenous Storm Gunship
I had to laugh a bit at the name...
the model is decent but some of you guys have made way better planes than this one
as you can see in details below the picture.. it has a payload that is remarkably close to the Stormraven gunships
Ravenous Storm Gunship
The Ravenous Storm Gunship features the following:
One (1) Ravenous Storm Gunship.
Gunship includes multiple weapons options (Assault gun, Twin-linked Hurricane guns, blood missiles etc.).
Oval base and flight stand.
Model come unpainted and unassembled.
Color of resin may vary from picture.

I have also found this model.. I am quite sure it is one of you guys who have made it.. but I cant find the post.
In my opinion one of the most beautiful designs.. not my kind of raven but VERY well made
Thats how I imagine thunderhawks/ stromravens to look like in my head, I don't like the look of the flying garbage truck with a cannon on it. (reference to the metal thunderhawk model)

No new Stormravens in 2 months? Come now!
I've got some paint on one of mine and a third under construction. Red is still dreadful to photograph. Bring on the Dullcoat.
