@ Trilobite. Thank you very much.
This is a prince deamon of Nurgle. I wanted it to look like sort of insane. Someone wandering around the waste land of Chaos with a steeck too thing. Other photos here.
Some bg:
“For more than five thousand years, the prince Kurnuk-Ulg ferried Elves, Humans and Dwarves in the realm of Nurgle. On a large barge he carried the desperate captives across the swamp to the cages placed in the greenhouse of the garden. A group of Plaguebearers collected the load and gave back to Kurnuk Nurgle’s experiment survivors. Then the prince took back the infecteds in the real world with the mandate to search for other animals.
During one of his many travels he came across a group of Chaos Dwarfs who traded weapons and armors in the Chaos Wasteland. Kurnuk knew Nurgle’s attention for Dwarves because of their resistance to diseases. Unfortunately when he tried to catch them, the Dwarves showed more cunning than the daemon prince. They managed to trap him with magic chains and led him to the sorcerers of Zarr-Naggrund. Here, the sorcerers cursed him: they shut Kurnuk in a magical armor that did not allow him to return to the demonic realm. After that they freed him.
Kurnuk spent three hundred years trying to free himself from the armor until his mind was broken. He remembered only his tenure: trap animals for Nurgle’s experiments. For more than five hundred years Kurnuk, clinged to the oar of his barge, still wanders in order to trap mortals. But the prisoners are sentenced to die in its cage because Kurnuk cannot find the way back to the garden of Nurgle…”

What do you think?

@ Moltar. Thank you very much. I would like to create a ruff like this for my Masque
I thought about using the plasticard. Do you have any other ideas?
And now my Fiends. The unit is not finished yet, I must fill some holes with GS and sculpt a neck. The original idea was to make them stand on the tail like seahorses. The six limbs had to be all arms ending in claws. They were beautiful in that way, but lacked of the alienating element: the hind legs on the contrary. I loved to much that unnatural particular and I wanted to keep it. So I tried to mix the two concepts. I also have to finish the columns of rock that support them, yet you see only the items required without embellishment.
Other photos here. So what do you think?

*edit ah sorry. Haven't seen that the question was already answered
This is the base model. But i don't know if the wings and sword are original pieces as this is called the 'winged variant' on their site.

Dude this is the sh*ts.
1) Slaan's gd, i love it when players conversion tyrannid and daemons together, especially with slaan's. taste like victory.
2) Khorne icon as axe, COPY.
3) That herald on a seeker is the sh*ts, i am so jelly.
4) Tzetch's gd, that is the sh*ts.
5) Fiends are ugly as a rule, but somehow you made them work, more than work you made them shine. Nice job.
6) Hmmmmm, i dont think you should give ur masque frills. 1 the hair would greatly get in the way as well as spoil the antiquity of it imo. also ur current's masque attire does't suit well with victorian imo. Maybe if you get a whf fem vampire count model and make ur masque outta that then it would work, but i dont think it works well with ur current one, imo.
7) PAINT UP THAT NURGLE DAEMON PRINCE G, gonna look hideous.
Oh and friendly advice, read my signature.
