Has anyone else noticed old stories like this on bbc news resurfacing?

Seems kind of odd to me. I have a look at the news every day at work and my colleagues and I have noticed also that the "Condoms too big for indian men" has been in and out of the top 5 most shared for a couple of weeks. That was like... 2007? Can't remember.

Either someone is repeatedly sharing old stories for some random reason or the website is screwed.
