Hmm this is a tough one... Bob Dylan being the greatest songwriter EVER makes for quite a selection...
I'll go with:
"All along the Watchtower" (I'll take the original over Hendrix' cover any day... though Hendrix' ain't bad either  )
"The times they are a-changing"
"Desolation Row"
"Like a Rolling Stone"
... in no particular order. :-)

The hurricane,ah. Yes, probably one of my favorites as well. He actually had to write that song with cold hard facts, which was probably challenging to him, since usually he gets inspiration from himself.
By the by, he wrote a song to defend an italian mobster named Joey... I can't remember the name of the song though. Anyone know? It's some obscure thing that even Bob Dylan himself hated, since he basically forced to write it.
