I like the idea of more 40k games that have other protagonists beyond the Imperium. Tau had their game, maybe they could have another. I can't imagine Dark Eldar, Necron, or Tyranids being a whole game, they might be left as antagonists. Eldar could work for more of an RPG about mastering all the Aspects as you attempt to become an Autarch... Dark Eldar could always be a consequence of some part of the game.

This doesn't make sense. First off, Space Marine is a stand alone game. Second, you say that Space marine, is an add on before saying it's a stand alone. What side are you on? Thirdly, everyone advirtise before something's available. They do it for movies, video games, new miniatures, new tv shows, ect.

It's pretty obviously a DoWII expansion. As I previously posted, there's the DoWII kommando nob in the background.

The big thing mentioned in here is the revelation that it will not just be an Ork campaign. It looks like every race in the game will be available for single player.

I was in the multiplayer beta, and at the beginning of the year (before release) they had been working on the campaigns for the races but stopped in order to focus on the Blood Ravens campaign. So apparently they've decided to finish these campaigns. I hope they are given as much attention as they did the Spehss Muhreenz were.

Either way, I get to play some awesome Orks.

I doubt the Inquisition, Grey Knights, or Sisters are going to be in it, or if they are they're probably NPCs in the single player game at most.

Hah, I was right. Shame the trailer doesn't show anything new except that pirate Warboss, but it's good to get some confirmation. If they're doing multiple campaigns, does anyone think they'll be like they were in Dark Crusade, or more fleshed out like DoW2 vanilla or Winter Assault?

The new race could be Dark Eldar to tie in with the new codex etc I guess, though given the almost confirmed release of DE in november and the game aimed at Q1 2011, maybe not.

Wouldn't surprise me if they tied it in with whichever army is supposed to be getting refreshed at that point in time, which is Necrons or ][ according to the rumour mill right?
