plastic elysians would be ace

Truth betold i agree 100%

Hmmm I dont think they would be good to be honset. Yes they might sell cheaper but detail would be less.

I've got Elysians and they are some of the most detailed models I've ever seen. So I wouldn't want GW to ruin these beautiful models by making less detailed.

Sisters of Battle. To repeat what was said in the news seciton, I'd like to see a BP+CCW squad as well, and have the option to use Celestians that way. Or at least have Sarissas on the entire squad (with rules that don't suck). Sarissas look cool and vicious.

1) Destroyers are already plastic, except for Heavy Destroyers, which have an entirely acceptable metal weapon only.
2) Nobody uses Wraiths, that I've seen anyway.

I'd definitely say Sarissas. I'd like to see the Sisters of Battle continue to avoid the traditional BP+CCW combo, like the Seraphim do.

Daemon plaguebearers and fiends. Maybe even nurglings and furies. But plaguebearers certainly need love as EVERY other troop choice for the other daemons are made in plastic and are a helluva lot cheaper. Also, the current plaguebearers look like gak. And fiends look beautiful, but they're too expensive ($). When bloodcrushers are more financially available than fiends...somebody did something wrong.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

THen the Sarissas need to apply to the whole squad and not suck.

The current rules of "5 points for re-rolled to-wounds, but only on the charge, and only on the sister superior, and only if she has no weapons upgrades" is just... face-palmingly pathetic that nobody ever takes it. EVER.

Devestating Grey Knight Dreadknight

I wouldn't loose a wink of sleep over EVERY SINGLE metal model going over to plastic, but the ones I want most to be plastic are Kasrkins, so i can use them as vets, grey knights and grey knight terminators (likely when the new codex is released, if they arent made plastic I wont be buying them) Marneus calgar and command squad so I can use them as veterans and customize them, and vanguard and sternguard veterans.

Of course. I was merely saying which of your suggestions I thought was better.

Someone mentioned that Kasrkins are being made into a plastic kit.

Sent an email to GW about metal to plastic kits and this is what i got back

Joe!

I do not know when, but it was stated in White Dwarf by Jervis Johnson, that we would eventually like to have all of our kits done up in plastic and have a model for every entry in every army book/codex. I do not know when or what that means for sisters of battle or the kasrkin.

Thanks!

To be fair, it's not really the sort of question that has a helpful answer. Unless John knows where in the pipeline the Sisters and Kasrkin are, he can only speak in generalities.

I'd love a kit, sort of like the SM commander, that has shoulderpads, heads, and weapons for a Techmarine, Chaplain, and Librarian, as well as some generc bits to make a whole figure.

- For me, the Grey Knights will always be the all-psyker Terminator squads.

GW save you money? Oh ho ho ho.

If they went plastic, I'd imagine they'd at least have Seraphim separate.

As for me? Plastic Ogryns... Who on earth is going to pay £40 for a metal squad?

They'd have to unless they did some form of stupid retcon. Seraphim have twin bolt pistols, while common battle sisters have a bolter.

If they went plastic, I'd imagine they'd at least have Seraphim separate.

That's what I said: a Seraphim box with jump packs, pistol arms and jump pack appropriate poses, and an everything else box, with bolters and at least a few special and heavy weapons. Perhaps make a third box, using the "everything else" kit and an extra sprue of more special and heavy weapons to represent Dominion and Retributor squads.

And the suggestion isn't to save us money beyond actually having plastic kits instead of their basic troops being 10 AUD apiece, it's pointing out that GW could cover almost the entire range with two moulds, saving them money.
