This is not a true statement. In fact TheWarStore.com has refused to support the Battlefoam line from day one. Romeo has been told several times that they are not interested in his line. Yet he has in fact continued to pursue them as a client.

I couldn't find this announcement on the actual The War Store website, but it sounds good to me. Thanks for pointing it out here on Dakka.

In answer to some previous comments:
- It's Neal, not Neil.
- I don't believe Sabol products are usually 20% at The War Store looking at the prices. The profit margin on those items is slimmer based on the list pricing than some other items, so the usual discount is smaller. So, take advantage of the 20% off now if you can.

That whole fiasco cropped up from a certain company because one of the Warstore's employees placed foamX into Sabol cases. Not BF cases/foam.

Thats what I meant. Poor juxtaposition on my behalf. Its safe to assume at this point Neal doesnt have BF. But is still getting something out of the "sale" deal.

Good thing webstores have webdefenders out there for all the nonFLGS supporters out there.

I know. I posted in that thread. I also didn't state that the Warstore sold anything.

Just that they placed foamX into Sabol cases. Which is what the accusation from a BF employee, when he posted here, was--going so far as to claim that they sent an employee to ask the Warstore booth about it, yadda yadda.

I was at GenCon - they had outrider banners around the outside, but I did not see actual Outrider product in the booth.

Ugggghhhhh been vacillating over getting a foam bag, but I feel the last feeble protests of common sense fading away. Prolly get one by Saturday night =p

Edit: never bought a foam bag before, so I gotta ask, what tray depth is best for ork boyz? 1.5 or 2 inches deep? Was thinking maybe 2 because of the way they're posed, what with axes waving around or with shootas pointing here and there. So space-unfriendly.

If ever there was a case of when presented with lemons make lemonade. Some others could learn a lot from this, I can see why so many favour the Warstore over other slightly cheaper alternatives.

I for one dont see any good reason to fuel this sad situation more, funny? yes. Necessary? I doubt it. But its not my business so I will shut up.
Hobby related business that provide good services are far to few worldwide and in my ideal world I would like to see all of them cooperating instead of signing in for pointless wars.

Seems people have had plenty of time to read about the great discount on offer, most of the posts now are really commenting upon past threads best left to undisturbed for now.
