Here is an AT-70 MBT I am making for a commission.
I used the Hellhound chassis minus the tanks and a defiler turret.
I will be making one for myself shortly

I like it but the turret just seems to make the tanks profile to tall and cartoony, it would be perfect if it was scaled down but its just to tall...

I have finally finished modeling the Renegade Rippergun Ogryns.
Using Khorne Brass etch and similar basing further helps tie them together as a single unit.

Looking good, i really like the skin tone, they look like they were dead but now re-animated! maybe show some bare metal on the edges of the axes though where they strike things, and blood, cool project!

Your converted Ogryns looked great unpainted. They look even better painted....So very nicely done that they fit in with the FW ones perfectly.

Those Ogryns look great together! That is a fantastic rust effect you have there, did you use weathering powders to do it?

Having just finished re-reading the Gaunt's Ghosts series I must say that this is a breathtakingly well done army. It solidly captures the feel of the Blood Pact, with their brutality and professionalism intact.

Personally, though I agree the Defiler turret is a bit large on the Hellhound chassis, it makes it very distinct looking, and a bit like I always pictured the AT-70s.

Journeyman Inquisitor with Visions of the Warp

York/London(for weekends) oh for the glory of the british rail industry

Your modelling is realy cool and the conversions make it a really good rebel guard army but its not a blood pact army

''A Blood Pact member is most characterized by their ritual iron visor, known as a grotesque, and which is worn by all human members. These generally portray a grimacing, or leering face, often coupled with an exaggerated hooked nose or chin. These masks are usually a black color, although it has been known for senior officers to wear one of gold or silver.''

the fluff is quite clear, the army looks good though.

Relictors: 1500pts

its safe to say that relictors are the greatest army a man , nay human can own.

Well Bluntman,it has also been said the elilte wear the grotesk,I see a bunch of lesser soldiers who fight right alongside the elite Pact in hopes of earning thier Grotesk to fit right in.
When I start making more basic troops using the Max-Mini heads it will start looking like the Pact you know and love.
I just wanted to fit the Forge World models in too.
Thanks a bunch for the info and kind words though

And do not think I did not try to scuplt a grotesk on one of the Ogryn,it's just I am only a brown belt with Greenstuff-Fu :p

Next up for the Blood Pact is the Heavy Weapons Teams
The first two are the Heavy Stubber and Missile Launcher Teams.
I plan on modeling one of each of the other HW teams, so expect to see Autocannon,Heavy Bolter,Lascannon teams soon.
