Broadside teams. 3 TL strength 10 AP 1 72" range guns with terminator armor and 2 wounds! YES PLEASE. Also I love the models and they can be made into some really fun and interesting conversions.

SPESS MAHREEN Land Speeder w/ Multi-Melta. I love dropping them behind Land Raiders and Leman Russi and then using that 60 pt. speeder to blow up a 250 pt. tank

Grey Knight Terminators just look so cool but then I've always had a soft spot for Warp Spiders too.

Str 6 with base initative? yes please!

And with the new codex, 3+ storm shields and ini 4 str 6 power weapons with maybe a thunder hammer added in, plus having 3 attacks base and ws 5, these guys are going to put some hurt on whatever they touch. Sure their expensive, but hell.

Alternatively, add some storm bolters instead of stormshields and their still win, Id use them against orks

Oh not to mention their models are winsauce

Hat off to you, my good sir/madam, although I prefer the Grand Master myself, but still the same principles.

For thirteen years I had a dog with fur the darkest black. For thirteen years he was my friend, oh how I want him back.

Right now I would say the regular Khorne Berserker. I also like one with an expensive plasma pistol to take care of an ork def copta. Soon it will probably be Kharn the friendly though.

Grey Knight Terminators. Sure, they may be in one of the worst armies in the game, but they still kick ass.

For me it would have to be SM Dreadnoughts. There are three varieties (for vanilla marines, more if you include the other codexes). They have a really varied weapon load out. They shoot well, they close combat well. The only problem is their armor (or lack-there-of).

Plus the models look really bad a$$ and the fluff is really cool too.

I'm all about the Battle Wagons and the Burnas.

Throw them together and you get an AV 14 vehicle that can pop open tanks and kill whatever units inside by tossing your flame template over the side. It makes me feel warm inside.

For looks it would have to be the Iron Warriors Warsmith.

For gaming it's Necron Scarabs with disruption fields, one of the best tank hunters in the game IMO

I've never played a game, but I would say the DC dread that has the possibility for infinite wounds caused.

Burna boyz. Making everyone do the burny dance. Loldar bikes? Cinders. Guard mobs? Ashes. Terminators? TOASTY!!

Want to help support my plastic addiction? I sell stories about humans fighting to survive in a space age frontier.

Im stuck between looks and practicality

for looks it would have to be Tau XV25 stealth suits
for practicality it would have to be a fireknife commander with shield drones

As of late my Furioso Dreadnought with Frag cannon and Heavy flamer has been outstanding in pretty much any situation I've put him in. Bowling out of a drop pod and slamming a seer council on bikes with 24 template wounds, the magic 13 front armor (oh so sorry krak grenades, you can't even glance!) plus a bad ass looking model makes him tops for me.

Sneaky Kommando

For fluff sakes my favorite has got to be Snikkrot and the Red Skull Kommandos, something about a group of naturaly loud, noisy savages training themselves in stealth to the point that they can infiltrate imperial bases and kill the occupants without a sound for over 50 years is wicked appealing. Wears the collective dogtags of guardsmen he's left for dead around his arms after scalping them and plucking their eyes out. Dude is hardcore. Not to mention Snikkrot is my favorite model for the Orks by far.

Da Vulcha Squad is a close second, Boss Zagstruk is one scary Ork. A Dreadnaught rips off his legs and what's his response? To knaw at its wiring until its completely incompacitated. Holy

They say the Emperor protects; tell that to the Orks.

Valkaries and land speeders, they both are fast moving, and have missile pods.

Mesopotamia. The Kingdom Where we Secretly Reign.

For fluff purposes I'd have to say Necron Pariahs. Soulless traitors to all that lives are hard to not like. Just pure evil...

When you add game mechanics into the discussion I have to go with Sternguard Veterans. Ready for anything when correctly equipped, and tough to hide from when they're in a Drop Pod.

Drink deeply and lustily from the foamy draught of evil.
