it got a Cease and Desist order from GW, but it can be accuired from some places.
at any rate, weather the under portion of the city is under ground or not matters little as there will be no sunlight filtering down to those lower levels. it may as well be under ground.

That actually got released? I remember it being in production before I had a break from the hobby.
Indeed it did; it's on YouTube. It's actually not bad for a film made by guys who don't have a professional film studio, millions to hire special effects masters and a large cast potential to select from.
