A bike list needs support to be really effective. Given what you posied, this is what I would bring as support for my bikes.
I would suggest a different composition of your bikes (for example, bike sergeants do not get an extra
CC weapon, so a power weapon only has 2 attacks -- your better off giving them a fist) but that's a different topic.

I've played a bike army for 2 years now, and I agree with this statement. "Bikes Only" is not enough to do the job against a well-rounded opponent. You will do well vs. the people not equipped to face you, and get facerolled by the others.
A hybrid army is what is required to do well with bikes. The list that Rurouni posted is a good example of one. I used a different list, and also did very well at my local 'ard boys, coming in at 4th place with my hybrid bikes.
