In the vanilla codex I love assault squads and vanguard because they are fluffy and I like jumpers (My v.vet squad has 6 TH/SS, 4 LC- 700pts- I like a good overkill)
I have no experience with BA, I don't trust my FLGS manager because he'll probably try to sell the most pricey unit, the manager who I do trust left to work in MK.

I can't really think of anything that's the size of a dreadnaught, but maybe there's the small chance you can find something somewhere online.

my suggestion if you're willing to try green stuffing, just make some open bones or something and find a way to mix them with the Warhammer Giant model.

A MC (create rules)?
a DC dread?
a higher toughness, strength and attack DC?

giant mancatcher- these electified rods are larger versions of those used to keep dangerous prisoners in. This may also be used in battle as a two-handed power weapon (+1S, not included in the profile). When the monster falls back, the minders use the giant mancatchers. Re-roll the result and the monster takes an armour save.

Why not make it a monstrous creature so that it automatically ignores armor and rolls 2d6 to penetrate vehicles?

Personally to me it seems kinda not cool to use a different codex for your army when you actually ahve an existing one.

seems for fitting to RG. The manager at my FLGS says it's all good, and so does everyone else.

5x chapterhouse "heresy-era" jump packs
5x glaive encarmines
5x angelus boltguns
1x CS banner
5x FW RG upgrade kit torsos
10x FW RG upgrade kit shoulder pads
5x FW RG upgrade kit helmets.

To make this cheaper, does anyone know a bits site that sells RG upgrade kit bits?

okay- the spawn (bought off my brother for £3) is built. Would post pics, but my PC has some technical issues when photos are involved.
