I actually did decide to switch out the 6 War Walkers with 3 Fire Prisms.

Now the list is super unstopable I guess.

I think everyone posting in this thread is missing the POINT of this thread. Quite obviously the OP's unwavering confidence and arrogance are enough to make ANY list unbeatable, and he simply wishes to show his superiority as a 40k player so that us plebeians can bask in his radiance for a few minutes and perhaps absorb some of it.

well to be honest the list isnt unbeatable its not even that great. its re hash of about 200 elder lists. And to say you came up with it. plus lets be honest its not hard to put fire dragons in a transport,,, really get off youre high horse come back with something truly unigue and lets see how creative you are.

Basically If I dont go first, Im going to Reserve my entire Army. My Entire Army will then Come in Turn 2 Thanks to Captain Autarch. My 3 Squads of Fire Dragons will Destroy any Tank in the entire Game X3. My 4 Squads of Storm Guardians will Kill any Squad on any Objective in Cover with 3 Flamer Templaces. Yeah, another way to epic fail is when you say you're bringing you're marine biker army on from reserve, then your tau opponent infiltrates his bubblewrap kroot onto your table edge so you cant come on. Epic autoloss

Polls dont lie, this list IS the best list Ever, and it is Unbeatable.

That's why he had the 4 inch staggered lines. Which was way too complicated but would stop the skimmers from coming on because they couldn't be within 1" of the kroot and the Kroot extend to 21" on the board. Basically he covers half the board with kroot at max coherency.

What happen? he was playing tau, but this tau player loves kroot he infiltrated all 5 units of his kroot from
the start of the eldar players bored edge and made lines of kroot 1" from the eldar bored edge then 6", 11", 16", 21"
and that is when the eldar player found out a Wave Serpent is wider then 3" so the eldar player could not enter the bored anywhere and lost the game start of his 2nd turn

Yeah this doesn't work, because Eldar skimmers are tanks and can tank shock. He moves the skimmers wherever he wants and the Kroot pass a morale test or fall back. That doesn't stop the Tau from pegging the tanks with Markerlights to remove the cover save, then punching through with a bunch of Railguns. AP1 still hurts even if the Railgun is only S8 against a Serpent, and with Target Locks on units of Broadsides the Tau player can target half a dozen or more skimmers. Won't work every time but it will do some damage.

I still think an Imperial Guard Hydra Battery has the best chance of knocking these things out of the air. 12 TL Autocannon shots per turn that ignore cover are pretty solid. They have almost a 100% chance of getting an immobilized, destroyed or explodes result from a glance or a pen, which puts down a skimmer moving flat-out. That means three full Hydra batteries can take down three skimmers per turn, preferably starting with the Fire Dragons. After that everything else has only a mediocre chance at best of dealing with the Hydras, and that's not even taking into account extra shots from the rest of the army. Even if they just stun the other tanks or keep them from shooting it's enough to keep the Hydras alive another turn to take down 3 more skimmers.

If I actually thought the OP was in anyway serious about this thread and not just trolling in a misguided attempt to express his frustrations over what he thinks is a "broken" Eldar list I'd design an IG list and do the math to figure out how many turns on average it would take them to wipe this list out.

Seriously though, a half decent IG leafblower will table this list with little effort. A Hydra flak tank battery, a manticore battery, and tons of infantry autocannons/missiles/lascannons plus mechvet plasma and melta spam (str 8 ap 1 1d6 can still hurt AV 12), PLUS vendettas loaded with plasma/melta vets is going to stun, shake, wep destroy, immobilize and explode your mechdar to oblivion. I would be suprised if you got a shot off to be honest. Even if you reserve and come in flat out, the cover saves will be a joke against Hydras and pure volume of shots. Lack of spirit stones are also really bad, stuns are NOT fun for fast skimmers.

And when your transports do get popped, you might as well save your opponent the trouble and leave those flimsy Guardian squads in their cases. A gentle breeze will make them die/run away. One of the worst troop choices currently in 40k, and you take 40 of them. LOL.

The Achilles is not a valid counter to the list because its Forgeworld. If it was part of the official codex that would be a different story, but its not.

The tank itself is outrageous. You would need permission from your opponent to use it, and I doubt smitty would allow it because he has zero ability to even scratch it. I doubt Tournaments would allow it either.

Im not sure where you got a 100% chance of getting an Imbozilized or above, but that is False, and here sir is why.

Lascannons Have an 8% Chance to Destroy a Skimmer, Lets look at what Autocannons Chance is.

.50 chance to HIT.
.16 to PeneTrate, .16 to Glance.
Penetrating Shots have a .33 Chance to Destory it.
Glancing Shots have a 0% chance to destroy it.

50 Shots.
25 Hit.
4 Glance, 0.64 Shots will Imobolize it.
4 Penetrate. 1.32 Shots will Destroy it.

1.32/50= 2.6% Chance to Destroy a Wave Serpent with an Autocannon Shot (Assuming I dont get a cover save from another wave serpent, actual cover, or moving fast which would bring it down to a measley 1.3% chance).

0.026(x)=10
X= 384 Shots to Successfully Destroy All my Grav Tanks.

If you can get 384 Autocannon Shots Off, Bravo.
And If you assume you will have your starting number of shots after 3 squads of Fire Dragons and and 3 Fire Prisms have a field day, your wrong.


Once again Math prevails over the Imperial Guard Player, List is still unbeatable.
