BA players constantly do this. Many of them don't like to hear that canonical units aren't very good.

Martel, I appreciate your disappointment with the current condition of the Blood Angels codex, but it is becoming slightly tiresome to read the doom and gloom in every other thread I open on here ...

The problem with BA is not that the units are terrible. It's that they now have to be built in only a small handful of specific ways to be competitive now. It's the same problems Black Templars and Eldar have had for ages.
With that off my chest, I will firmly state on the record that Death Company are still competitive in a vacuum - hell, they're only one of two units that got better this time around ( SG being the other with 2+ saves) but the rest of the army needs to be built around supporting them and making sure they get into combat.
...or... you know... the rest of the army needs to BE them. All hail Astorath!
