Here's how I pronounce it all:
Khorne - Corn
Slaanesh - Slay-nesh or Slun-nesh
Tzeentch - Ta-zeentch
How about Tyranid?
I've heard it these two ways:
Tie ra nid (like a bow-tie)
Tear a nid (like a cried a tear)

Khorne - Corn
Tzeentch - T'zee'ntch
Slaanesh - Slaan-esh
Nurgle... c'mon lol
Tyranid - is definitely Tear-a-nid, not Tie-ra-nid... which sounded much cooler IMO, but GW made this one clear a while back.

Definitely Corn, but with subtle elongation, and a bit of emphasis on the "K".
Also, for those who said "Crone" (however you spell it) sounds better... you do know that the word "crone" means an old woman, right? If I heard that, wouldn't be able to help myself from envisioning a wicked little old lady with knitting needles of death and a hell-kitten as a companion... and the sweater throne is of course a rocking chair! Sweaters for the sweater god!!!!
Edit- because I can't write today

Not that this is concrete proof, but in the Movie Ung-Bok-2, the star has an elephant named Khorne. It is pronounced like CORN. The movie is in Thai so Im assuming thats how its pronounced worldwide.

Corn" with a hard "k" and some venom behind it, "Sla - nesh" with a long "a" and a hiss on the "s", "T - zeen - th" said quickly with emphasis on the "t", "nurgle" is like "gurgle" wih an "n" - that's how I say 'em anyhow.

Chad Warden got it spot on: the "e" on the end makes the first four letters rhyme with "four" or "core" , then there`s an unstressed "n" sound: "core-n".
As for the double "a" in "Slaanesh", it simply means you elongate the vowel sound: "Slaaanesh"; giving the name a hint of langurous decadence. Well, that`s the idea, anyway; I reckon.
In "Tzeentch", I believe that the "t" is not a strong, fully enunciated "t" sound; but rather it indicates a slight buildup of pressure before the "z" sound, rather like that which precedes plosive phonemes such as "d" or "t".
And finally, as for Nurgle? Just say what you see!

+1. this is how i pronounce them. only you have to add the right amount of bile when saying them. If you're not making people shiver with fear or disgust at the mere sound of these names, you really need to work on your presentation
