Grenade launchers can surely take some special, normally out of production super-compressed incendiary munitions  Grenade launcher range, frag missile characteristics AP4 and no cover save? FYT class Tactical Dreadnought armour?

Since I have a bunch of GMS marines, he will probably be a hq choice when I get around to getting the SM codex
Also, I'll write up some fluff for him later.

I think it is a bit emo for genetically enhanced psychopathic super soldiers I think something a bit more aggressive tends to work better with Marine chapters, however its not my army

sounds more like a BA/ DA successor name to me.

Redemptors?
If you have one of those, you could say this variant of TDA and GL is unique to the chapter, which is why they're called retributor/redemptor pattern.

Chapters go on crusades because they've done something bad, often to regain thier former glory and redeem themselves.
I say redemptors
Delgado Peregrinus?
Peregrinus Delgado?
Peregrinus is latin for "crusader".
Optimus Peregrinus? (latin for noble crusader)

You could also give them a unquie ranking system and give them super awesome commanding names and such. Like 1st Knights (Veterans), Knight (sargeants), Vassal (Captain), Lord (Master), Vassal Lord (Chapter Master), Perdition Priest (Chaplains), Squire, Brother (Regular marine), Steel Caller (Tech Marine)
Just a thought.
It would make sense for most chapters to have their own ranking system. But I think you need to draw your names from Knight mythologies from Germany, and France.

That is a good idea. I think I will spend some time actually writing out some good fluff etc.
And rather than repaint them, I may be able to work in my Sons of Ouroboros as a specific veteran cadre. (I only have a honor guard squad of them anyway)

with all this "squires, knights and priests", I think robes are in order. Bonus- the DA upgrade sprue has some GK-style heads hooded!

He is missing squad-mates and a target/objective to serve save and protect. Definately an honor guard feel, and with the wing there and the a-typical appearance, I would probably lean him into a blood angels or derivative chapter

This isn't really true, if that's the case then what have the Black Templars done that they need to atone for? in 40k crusades are just military campaigns.
