Wasn't a functional one found but turned out to be corrupted and thus had to be destroyed?

To be correct STC library because one STC only contains one design.
And if you have read the short story in Collected Visions you would see the fact that the Emperor had some STCs beneath the surface of Terra(for example there was a STC for a Ceramite making(or was it Ceramite Press)).
