If you just use the NOVA missions MVBrandt might be able to alter his player's packet for Bolter Beach. Those are already great missions and the bulk of the packet is done.

Here are 4 missions let me know if you want me to make some more
Mission 1 Gravity Field
Deployment Reverse Dawn of War. Deploy everything except HQ and Troops
At Beginning of each Game Turn roll a d6 on a 1 there is high gravity and movement is reduced d6 inches on a 2-5 normal gravity and on a 6 Low gravity movement is increased d6 inches. Roll one dice and apply result to all units and restriction is only in movement phase.
Primary - Kill points
Secondary - Most units in opponents deployment zone
Tertiary - Kill all enemy HQs
Mission 2
Pre Deployment - Each player places 3 objectives number them 1 - 6 must be 12 in from another objective and 6 in from a table edge. Starting on turn 3 roll a d6 whatever number comes up remove that objective. Roll each subsequent game turn if a number is rolled that has already been removed no objective is removed
Deployment Pitched Battle
Primary - Objectives
Secondary - Reverse Kill points you get one point for each unit you have alive at end of game.
Tertiary - Kill more scoring units
Mission 3
Deployment Spearhead
Place one objective in center of table and one in the middle of each unoccupied table quarter.
Units fully within 6 inches of objectives can not be seen unless you are within 12 inches of the unit. The unit also recieves a 4+ cover save.
Primary - Kill points Troops and HQs are worth 2 points everything else including dedicated transports is worth 1
Secondary - Objectives
Tertiary - Nominate one Enemy unit either Elite, Fast Attack, Or Heavy Support. You must kill this unit.
Both players may achieve this.
Mission 4
Deployment Dawn of War
Each player places 3 objectives one worth 2 pts one worth 1 pt and one worth 0 pts. Do not show your opponent. Must be placed 12 inches from another objective and 6 in from a board edge. You may only achieve points for objectives your opponent placed.
Primary - Objectives
Secondary - Table quarters keep track of how many kill points you achieve in each table quarter whoever has killed the most enemy units in that quarter claims it.
Tertiary - Kill opponents most expensive unit if are two identical point units you may chose which one to target

Mission 1 Reverse DoW: Dawn of War stops the alphastrike lists due to only having 3 units on the board. This will not stop the alphastrike lists, only slightly hinder them due to the night fighting. Alphastrike lists usually have either night vision or searchlights.
Primary - I prefer a spread of 3+ kill points or victory points
Tertiary – biased toward armies. Some have only 1 HQ, others will have 2 – 3. Why not just have them pick 3 selected units. Redundant as the primary is kill points. Why not have an objective capturing here instead.
Mission 2: I like the disappearing objectives
Secondary – This really favors MSU. Maybe instead have the most Victory Points alive... which means you also killed the most victory points.
Tertiary – Biased towards armies, better to have selectable kill points and place them on scoring units first.
Mission 3: favors assault scoring units.
Primary – better to have modified KP of 1 per 100 points per unit. Troops round down. All are mimimum 1 KP.
Tertiary – my army actually only has troops and HQ. Besides, this is repeat of KP already in the primary.
Mission 4:
I’m not sure I like the random point values for the objectives.
Overall - biased. You keep using kill points or kill points on hq or troops. Every army has these different. Try using something that everyone has the same number of.

All right, so I played mission 1 yesterday.
First things first, my DW got destroyed by GK. It didnt help that I some how rolled at about 40% in shooting and less in assault but oh well.....
The real deal, mission review.
First up is reverse DOW. Does this also mean the turn one is normal and turn 2 - end is night fight?
IMO it would be fitting as all my heavy squads were able to deploy and ready to shoot in turn one before the sun whent down, For example.
That might be an interesting thing to add, if not you might want to state that its works as normal.
Gravity rolls, while I like the idea of this kind of thing we had one major problem. We rolled for it on turn one, got high gravity, then on turn two, normal. After that we got into the game and forgot untill the bottom of five.
Like I said I like these kind of changing mission rules at home cuz its fun and if we forget, no big deal. But if playing in a tournament and , for example, loosing the game because of lets say the BA DOA guy im fighting getting an extra D6 move on two rounds and destroying me could happen. Then I go out side and talk to my buddy and he goes "OH crap! we forgot to even roll that, and my opponet never even got to me!"
This kind of inconsistant thing could have a negitive effect on peoples outlook. If you have a way to ensure that all games continue to roll for the random mission changes its one thing, if not...im not sure.
The unfortunite thing is that I could see the same thing going down in mission two. One table next to me with 6 objectives at the end of the game while the ones I was on vaporized. just because they forgot to roll for them.
Im not saying I dont like the idea, im just saying its hard to make all the games equal when its up to players in the heat of war remember things like this that could change the result of the game.
That said, we still had a fun game and this is just food for thought.

Only if you are adding in special rules.
Here are four scenarios that I ran in a tournament a few months ago. No special rules, just NOVA missions with Victory Points added to the rotation. Each mission had the P/S/T goals as either: kill, capture, kill; or capture, kill, capture.
I have a few questions that you have not even mentioned yet.
1) How do you win a game? Have more battle points (what are they)? Win by completing Primary, then the rest are tie breakers?
2) How are you pairing players for the rounds? Based on Battle Points and #1 vs #2,... Based on Wins then... paired 1 vs 8, 2 vs 7...?
3) How do you determine the final standings and which players are awarded prizes?

Ryan, this is a Nova System on Kill points, you win by one or lose by one. this how it was in the last Bolter Beach.

The NOVA Open missions for 2010 did not use Kill Points.
The NOVA Open Primer Missions for 2011 use "Win by 3 or more KP" as one of the three main goals.
We've never used simple win-by-1 Kill Points in NOVA, nor advocated their use. We use Win - by - 3 to keep the balance implications of Kill Points in-tact, but to reduce the "every table is playing a different mission" issue of vastly different kill point differentials from table to table.
Just to address ryan/black.
Also, the last Bolter Beach credited the NOVA along with WargamesCon for the influence on mission design, but observationally it was not all that NOVA-inspired (though we appreciated the credit!). Our primers are up on site / blog, and will be up more visible on updated site soon, for confirmation of what exactly a NOVA mission is for 2011.

Heather and I took the weekend off so we'll be there with her 'nids and my now unretired Orks. So you can toss us on your registry.
Are you going with the pre-pay option this time? Or still pay at the door?
