Really? When I think of Tau, I think of them almost as a bee-like hive mind. Free will of course, but the co-ordination and community support is very reminiscent. Plus they all have different roles. I.E. bumblebees are larger than regular bees, and the worker bees are faster and generally more efficient for collecting pollen etc. etc. etc.
I am both orderly and instinctive. I value community and group identity, defining myself by the social group I am a part of. At best, I'm selfless and strong-willed; at worst, I'm unoriginal and mindless.
