I've been looking in my army book and i cant find any mention of the:
ironcurse icon
talisman of preservation (though there is a talisman of protection, is that it?)
or the ironcurse icon.
i cant even find the power scroll (though i supose thats in the main rulebook???) but i can find a power stone. is that it?
where are they and what do they do?

Look in the BRB.
The roborat looks like an old Doomwheel model with some 40k bits.
Clan Skryre isn't just mad-science and gadgets, you know. They've got Clanrats, like everyone else. Grey Seers are separate from any Clan, so he's got his place. I think the key to a good themed army is to not stick to it exclusively. Skryre breeds monstrous creatures, dabbles in biological warfare, etc. Just not as much or as successfully as the other Clans.
As for the A-bomb, you could just, ya' know, have a particularly Skryre one. He's got bits for a Warpstone drill, an electric chassis, and a mechanical arm. You could just go from there; a spiky metal roller in front. A cannon-barrel here or there, etc.
And strategy-wise...it all depends. I usually deploy my Gutter Runners with their Sneaky Infiltrator rule, but if there's a good place to put them as Scouts, I'll do that instead. They can clean up a whole gun line, given time.
With the Warp Lightning Cannons, always aim at the characters in units, if any. If they fail their Look Out, Sir! roll, you might zap 'em. If not, you kill more dudes.
Target their war machines if you think they could take out your Cannons, but otherwise, let the Gutter Runners do that. Monsters are great targets, and multiwound models like Trolls and Ogres. The Warp Lightning Cannon can take on anything, really. Just consider (1) what the biggest threat is at the time and (2) what the juiciest point-sink is at the time, and fire.
The Curse of the Horned Rat is very good. Plague is better against a lot of Horde units, and Scorch is easier to cast, but nearly as devastating. The true strength behind Skaven magic is that they have 2 Big Spells (I don't count Crack's Call; it's great, but it's limited). I always try for the 13th, Scorch, and Plague. Beyond that, I'd like Skitterleap, Wither, and Bless With Filth, probably in that order.

ok, thanks, i'll see the BRB.
but nah, i'd rather make a roborat than have a proper HPA, i do love my conversions!
Rat ogre wise, yeah, I am just gonna use normal rat ogres, if you say it will still fit the fluff. then i'll just use the clanrats and slaves as normal (but possibly with some extras, such as masks and unit fillers, just for fun), great!
thanks for the tacttics, i'll definitley use tthose. but with the targeting of characters, if they pass their look out sir role, how does it kill more men than usual?

It doesn't; you just kill one more regular rank-and-file guy, instead of the character. The point is, if you fry 15 guys, it probably won't matter too much whether or not the character in the unit was one of them.

PS i finished the roborat, i think it looks quite nice, heres the link, please tell me what youu think (on that thread) and VOTE! http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/374795.page

Well, Warriors is one of the toughest armies out there now, since everything they have can be a threat. My suggestions:
- focus on one of the scary units--Warriors, Knights, Hellcannon--one at a time with as much firepower as you can bring to bear.
- protect your cannons from early death via the Horsemen and the Tzeentch wizard. The battery will help out a lot, if they work, so you need to keep them around.
- zap the wizard when you can, if you can. Just don't go out of your way.
- Feed slaves to the Wanderer's unit and try to cast Plague, if you can.
Warriors are a tough army, but so are Skaven. You should do okay.
