I had something a lil worse happen =) I was noticing my hands getting shaky which they never did prior to that. And dont now as of 2 months well. Well then my left hand which was holding the mini went numb. I dropped the mini. I had some paint on my right hand wasnt paying attention to and picked it up leaving fingerprints on the mini. But I also found out the next day that I had 3 demolished vertebrae and had surgery 3 new ones from a cadavar and some titanium plates later I am better than I was for the last 4 years! Always thought I injured my shoulder but guess it was my neck =) (football ftw)

I had just painted my carnivean, taped the base ontop of a spray can. and left him.

Tossed the ball for the dog it flew into the paint can and the heavy metal model went bouncing down the hallway about 6ft away. Only 1 bit came off.. pinning ftw.

Best painting accidents are when people accidently drink their paint water instead of grabbing the correct cup.

and Worst ive seen was stripping paint.

Plastic Dread painted bright red.

Plastic Cup.

For some reason.. he used acitone.

a min or so later, the cup gave way, the red acitone stained the kitchen floor as it melded with it.

oh.. and the dread didnt do so good either.

I'm sure it does work, but I don't think I'm ready to wear an apron and attach it to my table. If one of my buddies were to come over while I was painting and saw that sight I would never live it down.

For 400 dollars I got Jerry Garcia in a pouch, man!

Farkin cats can be a pain. One of mine cleared a shelf of minis...managed to break the arms off a Battletech Warhammer...which of course was fully painted.

Another time a cat knocked down my 1:48 Ultimate Gunstar (from The Last Starfighter) model kit. Its a hollow resin kit, completely shattered and smashed. It was fully assembled and semi painted, just needed weathering and detail. Id guesstimate there is about 8-10 hours worth of repairs needed.

Whats my game?
Warmachine (Cygnar)
10/15mm mecha
Song of Blades & Heroes
Blackwater Gulch
X wing
Open to other games too

I would have killed that fracking cat, or at the very lest introduced it to my foot with force.

Done most of what has been discribed here, drinking the paint water too many times to count, spilling paint all over the place quite afew times, now forgetting you have a loaded brush then sucking it to get the point back is...unpleasent to say the lest... paint really doesn't have a nice taste. Slipping with the craft/stanly/Xblade and slicing a chunck out of your hand, check. Poking your self in the eye with your paint brush, check. Had glue explode all over you (and i mean contact glue), check. Fell asleep at your painting table and finding a minie has attached its self to your face, check.
You name it and if probably done it to my self
