I like Emerald, but much prefer Silver i think, then again, im an old school pokemon player (original Red ftw! )
I dont think they could do anything to make Poison better, its always a crutch and never had any appeal whatsoever for me.

Random question, when you complete black and white do all the pokemon to date becoem available or is it just the ones in the B&W series, because I think i read somewhere you get access to more types, and not sur ehow many that might be.

Many old ones become available though it's not 100% of them.

I remember starting diamond, the first wild encounter I had was a shiny, but of course, no Poke-Balls... Damn you, shiny pidgeon pokemon!

Venusaur all the way

I can remember grinding my 'saur to level 100 (no Rare Candy cheating here!) against the elite four on Red, good times

Then I got Gold, lost interest for ages and finally came back with Heartgold (so I basically bought the same game twice in a row ) and then got White.

Though is it just me or have the rivals become really easy? I can remember Gary being tough as nails but now they all seem to have the toughness of a pillow made out of marshmallow.
