Yeah, I play one of them in Deathwatch and I can honestly say they're one of the few marine chapters I actually like.

A few reasons:
Most of the chapter's officers are dead.
They are highly individualistic and no war band has authority over another.
It makes it more mysterious to factor in the possibility of a hidden chapter authority that commands when necessary rather than all the time.

If he REALLY wanted to be CM, I don't think Vladmir Pugh would survive the night.

As for Pedro Kantor, I am still confused about why GW decided to give him a Mexican given name and a Jewish family name.

Why is there only 1 other person who likes Sarpedon? He's a downright badass, even if he did get a little...confused. But hey, anyone who manages to off 2 daemon princes and then gives the finger to the High Lords of Terra is alright in my book

He's my second-to-favourite Spess Mareen of all time, next to Lysander, who happened to own him in a fight.

I liked them too, until I saw they were bright yellow.

I'd put:

1. Dante (1 thousand years of fighting and one of the great heroes of Armageddon)
2. Angelos (after all of these DoW games, you grow attached to him as a character)
3. Seth (He's both bad-ass, and he's trying to redeem his Chapter's reputation as heroes
