If you are going for humor, modelling actual woverines onto the gauntlet, for a count as lighting claw.

if your chapter has a specific animal they could relate to, you could sculpt that animal, its head, or its claw onto a powerfist or regular gauntlet for a count as lightning claw

how about the top or lower jaw of a dragons head or lizardmand saurus head?
