This is in the rules for magic armour, and leads me to belive you may have 1 suit of armour and 1 shield.

If I have missed someting, please tell me.

Because I didn't double check the characters ahead of time. Once the match ups started, I didn't want to delay the process with a post about illegal and wait for a revised.
I'm sure we'll do this type of thing again. Just make sure your guy is legal next time.

What they meen by *can only have one suit of armour AND one sheild*, is for example i cannot take a charmed sheild AND the enchanted sheild, or 2 seperate types of armour. HOWEVER you still can only take one magical trinket per catagory (magic weapon, armour, tali etc etc)

That is how i interpret the wording anyways because you can take two differant types of weapons, say one magic and one listed in your options entry correct....

my 2 cents on the matter

If you take a magic item such as armour or a weapon it replaces any other weapon or armour on your profile.
i.e you have heavy armour on your profile and you take glittering scales, you replace the heavy armour with light armour.

Yeah, that's the slow down.
I can post from work, but I can't sneak all the army books in. I don't want to do any of these from memory and miss an important rule.

If we do another one, I'm going to enter a plague priest mounted on a furnace, just because it would be funny to picture that in the arena. A bunch of monks push him in, then abandon him for the stadium seating.
