It most likely is new vegas, considering New Vegas is really insecure right now and many of the glitches ad such havent been patched. Least thats what I heard.
By the way, not the biggest fallout fan, so yeh.

It's a player-made mod for FO:NV. There's a number of 40K-themed overhauls out there for the game, I've been thinking of installing a Space Marines-themed one.

FWIW, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas (and Skyrim? Don't quote me on that last one) use the same rendering engine. So saying the mod is for one or the other is kind of moot.

Fluff wise, every humanoid (including Space Marines) would get punked hard by even some Bargain Basement variety Sarin. In game terms, your options are limited.

If you want gasmask heads I recomend these. I'm using them for my entire army.
