I own a Tyranid army (got it during 4th edition after I saw a Warrior box and thought it looked great) and a Chaos Army (also got it during 4th edition after my brother gave me his old unpainted army).

Add more depending on which army I feel motivated to work on.

Two, for me, and that's not likely to grow anytime soon. Started with AoBR, liked the two armies for different reasons, and expanded each. Haven't done a proper count, but I'm sure I have over 3k, total. Orks have the bulk of the bodies, but SM have all the vehicles.

I have two armies I use primarily. A whole lot of Tau and a handfull of CSM that I'm still expanding. The rest of the models I have I bought for my friends back home to mess around with; A box of Assault on black reach and about 1000 points of Nids.

I have 5 armies at my house but I only own 2 of them ( friends and family own the others) we got Guard,marines,necron,tyranids(mine) and orks(mine) all are above 1500 pts.
