I still have to make more terrain for my home table, and paint the terrain I have.
I also need to paint my Chaos Daemon army and start getting more stuff for it (I only have 650 pts. currently).

A Warhammer Fantasy Beastmen army that I've been collecting for two years (which now clocks in around 4,000 points...), and my Dark Eldar which I've had since 40k 3rd Edition.

I stripped the paint off my entire Guard army so I've just recently started repainting them. I'm looking at repainting probably close to 100 Guardsmen, 9 Chimeras, 4 Russes, 3 Vendettas, and 2 Hydras. On top of this, I had just started DE a few weeks before stripping my Guardsmen, so I also have to finish a Venom, put together and paint a Ravager and 10 Wyches, and yesterday I grabbed the Fortress of Redemption. Oy vay!

Ho man I've got so much crap.

Multiple DKoK units still to complete, lots of cadians to convert and a few tanks still, multiple sentinels, and 7 boxes of my Wargames Factory Shock Troops.

Then I've got several dozen CSM's still lying about waiting to be painted, still have most of a Tyranid army to build and paint, a Tau army to paint, an Eldar army to paint, and several dozen sisters and grey knights, a handful of Space Marines, and most of a Warriors of Chaos fantasy army.


So...yeah. Quite a lot.

This is all on top of the couple hundred guardsmen I've got built and painted, the dozens of built and paitned IG tanks, and the several thousand points of Iron Warriors done and dozens of other various finished models.

EDIT: Oh, and I forgot I've got about 100 Kaskrin sitting around too.

I currently have 3 forces on the back burner for 40k:

Chaos renegades using cadian plastics and forge world chaos renegade resin upgrade kits. I have 1 hellhound (converted 1/35 scale italian M13/40 tank) and a shadowsword variant to build, but otherwise just have a ton of infantry, special and heavy weapon squads to build.

Tyranids (currently have a battle force and a couple extra boxes of hormagaunts).

Dark Eldar (have a battle force, a venom, talos, and 3 character models for it).

All the renegade resin parts of cleaned up and ready to go. Cleaning up plastic parts for the first squad now. The other two are still in boxes, but the Dark eldar might move to the front of the list just because I really have to itch to get building them.

I have probably 50 figs, most not 40k related, that need to be painted, as well as plans for several varieties of terrain. I've seen some extremely well-done and cool-looking concertina wire set-ups that I want to try my hand at, coupled with some broken wall units and other urban terrain features that will work well in my DH game.

I'm playing with how to properly turn my trygon model into a looted wagon/ I have mocked it up a few ways but still not 100% sure how it'll turn up.. currently boom gun coming out the chest, a tank tred on one side tires on th other and an ork mek with levers stickign out of the trygon's head is the idea but its the mock ups and getting it right before i make the placments perminant that keeps being an issue

it seems there's a lot of scenery that needs to be painted, i have that too but i always get distracted and end up just working on my SMs.

I want to start Grey Knights, I don't know how to go about it because I have no intention of making a "competitive" list for various reasons. I have to get some money together and new paints too, because red Grey Knights are red knights.

Everything Games Workshop... I just don't have the energy for any of it.

It's been all Warmachine lately, and I just now purchased a huge Circle army, so it looks like the GW stuff will continue languishing. Maybe 6th edition will bring me back.

My many projects are all over the place atm, i work on whichever i feel like at the time really.

Lizardmen - stegadon half painted, 2 boxes of skinks built, 2 boxes of saurus unbuilt, 2 boxes of saurus cav unbuilt, box of temple guard unbuilt.
IG bioshock themed army - 3 chimera subs unbuilt, 2 hydra subs unbuilt, 50 infantry unpainted, 5 bigdaddies unpaited, 3 little sisters unpainted
Eldar - 5 grav tanks unbuilt, support platform unbuilt, 10 corsairs undercoated, 6 shining spears unbuilt, avatar half painted

And a box of GK termies, then little side projects such as finally finish my hive tryant (he just sits there taunting me with his metal features)

Gotta hit the painting table hard
Then i'll have room to build some more

Got 3 to paint, not to mention warmills amazing flat pack terrain that'll be arriving august

I've had a 75% complete Hydra based off an old russian AA Tank from WWII sitting on my "to do" shelf since christmas. I'll probably never use it in games, and that taking only one for the heavy support choice seems to be a waste without making another anyway- most of the stuff I'm working on is tanks right now anyway-, means that it'll only be finished when I don't find anything better to model. =/

Along with that I've got a count as Collossus finished, but without a base-its a walker see-, forty conscripts-turban wearing, flintlock waving PDF members (where my guard got the piece of crap Hydra from)-, a Malifaux Freikorps gang to convert (which I've been putting off for ages, but now that I think about it Malifaux's becoming popular at my FLGS, so those quirky Germans may be put forward...even if it is to mess with the guy at there who wrote a lot of the game's fluff)....and a few other, mud covered things. ^^
