almost every one has that project they are looking forward to or have the stuff but not the time to work on it. lol and i don't mean paint one more IG or one more SM, i was thinking of some bigger things.

personally i have all the parts for my fellblade but im waiting tell my army is bigger so it dosent look to out of place i also plan to (in the distant future) make the paladin titan i have bean thinking about.

so what project do you have laying around or just have the intent to get to?

An Iron Warriors army.

My Ork army I have a megaforce and two battle wagons that i bought a year ago.

finish my terrain. I have all the buildings put together (so I can play on them) but thats about it. Basing and painting are seriously stalled.

Oh that and painting my tau army. Why did I pick such a time consuming scheme...

Painting- Way, way too many orks. I'm finishing painting my Necron army, then starting the long green slog ...

Currently working on something to test my skills so i suppose my back burner thing would be my current army of marines Exemplar! have to finish 2 speeders/dreadnought/dev squad to make it even semi competitive on the table!

curently I have an Ork, IG, Space Wolves, Chaos, and Dark Eldar army to finish painting. I intend to prolly start up a necron army upon the release of a new codex.

I need to finish lots of details on my space wolves army. Other than that, my storm ravens for my grey knights.

lol it seems in this hobby most people (my self included ) buy faster then they can paint

Im pretty sure im missing some other projects as well.

Lol yeah, My original army was orks....im planning on reviving it and turning it into a chaos ork army

Currently thinking of: CSM - Iron Warriors or Night Lords but IW will be like salamanders and IW will be like BA... so not sure..

If possible, gathering an entire army of infantry IG, enough to play up to 10000 points without fielding a single tank.
Not that it's ever gonna happen, but atleast I can still dream about it...

1) A valhallan/pig iron footslogging and tanks guard army.
2) Turning my old Witchhunter Guard allies into some kind of GK henchmen list.
3) Talion Charter force for Warmachine.
4) Scenery, scenery, scenery.
5) A scratchbuilt Thunderbolt Fighter.

-More Guard, a project simply entitled 'Operation XXVIII'. And no, that number is important. But no more on that for now, since otherwise I'll spend money I really can't afford to currently on it.

My Lords of Acid themed Noise Marines army I've been plinking around about for awhile.
They'll be called, eh... The Lords of Acid.

Add a Drop Pod and Imperial Barricades to the list...

1. Finish the last ten Marines of my Brazen Tigers

2. Convert my old Stenguard unit when my Tigers were still vanilla into my new Death Company now that my Tigers are a BA successor chapter. ^-^

3. Figure out what to do with 90 some odd IG models when I started out to build a Mechanized Guard force T-T; Seriously how do I have this many people and only 1 chimera *headdesk*

4. Sell off my Orks, or preferably trade them to a loving home so I can get more IG, Chaos, and SM models.

On the fantasy side BB:

1. Finish Dwarves
2. Finish Vampire Counts
3. Sell/Trade off Dogs of War models and Goblin models from Battle for Skull Pass.

So...*headdesk* I'm backed up worse then a New York toilet.

Ohh just one and a half tank companies and just loads of footloggers....

Painting 2 tac squads of marines, 9 modded bikes, a modded attack bike, 4 speeders. Also if i ever get the money and the proper motivation i will buy and assemble the squad of TH/SS termies I've wanted. Yet with all this I've just started stripping a painted rhino i finally got motivation to start stripping. And even worse off i now have 6 more bikes(which will need modding), a second rhino and a drop pod which will need stripping. O yea and someday i will finally get around to making that terrain I've always wanted to make. Wow that's alot for a single army, but putting this down somewhere lets me know where to start.

When I bought my army, it was already painted, and I had to strip the whole thing. During the Simple Green soaking process, all the backpacks fell off. Eventally I have to paint all the backpacks, which is going to involve pins and superglue and an assload of time. It just hasn't been worth it so far.

Sigh... lots of stuff:
-Paint 17 or so Gargoyles, about 10 Hormagaunts, 8 Genestealers
-Repaint 5 Space Wolves, and finish touching up my other ones
-Finish painting an entire Lizardmen army (2 regiments of Saurus, 3 units of Skinks, 1 unit of Cold One Riders, and a couple other do-dads)
-Magnetize my monstrous creatures and Terminators
-Build a Tervigon (eventually)
-Build a Trygon
-Get some more terrain

I have plenty of Dead Ringer Spies on the Backburner.

Besides them I have plenty of Fire Warriors that need paint, and some Bladestorm Crisis suits that need Primer

Most likely Imperial Fists. Got a few ideas floating around for it. I am considering a whole company, and maybe even trying my hand at true scale!

I've had a half painted Space Wolf Land Raider Crusader sitting in my closet for almost three years, but that;s so far back there I wouldn't even call it the backburner! I've also got one deff dread and 5 Stormboyz unpainted that would complete my Ork army, but I got burnt out painting that scheme a long time ago. Right now I'm working through some Iron Warriors that I've had forever, and some Crimson Fists I've had for longer. I've got an artillery battery who need some painting for my Guard too. In other words, I've got entirely too much stuff to paint.

That's not even counting my Imperial sector worth of buildings and what have you.

My 1-1/2' tall crimson fists vanguard vet sculpt. That will display in my hobby room book shelf behind my desk.
