GAME has never let me down mind, so for me they are fine. Amazon though, wouldn't go near near with a two hundred foot barge pole, I've been done personally by them over WaR, and went back to GAME for my WoW Cata CE and various other games before and since. With WoW Cata got it day before, while the poor folks on Amazon took a few weeks in some cases to get their WoW games.

The problem I've had with GAME is that I've preordered games, gone in to pick them up and get told "Oh, it got cancelled."
Happened with Tales of Vesperia. I promptly went into HMV (which is next door) and picked it up in there.

I prefer Gamestation because the guys in there actually know games, but also because I get reward points for trading in games as well as buying them.

As a member of the Gamestation Elite, with my own fancy card, I have to remain loyal. I also do it through practicality, considering the guys in there know the games and are easy to talk to.

Yea I saw that video the other day, it made me smile,then sad because my money is going to Skyrim....... So Ill have to figure out a way to afford SpaceMarine as well. Also, Im hoping some day in the future they will include some Orks as playable. Then Id sell my children for it

The Pre-order skins are one set. You can't switch out parts within them.

I like it. Seems they are trying to stay true to the fluff. I approve. Heavily customizing? I like it too!

Well, got a new bite of news from a local magazine on game modes.

On initial release there will only be these 2 modes.

BUT, and this is a very big but:

They are already planning DLC releases for co-op (so yes, we might not get co-op on release). Additional MP modes, and more importantly, LAST STAND!

edit: put this info in the OP too, will be combining all Space Marine info I can get my hands on in this topic for the future.

It ships with coop. There will likely be DLC releases for coop game modes.

A Horde mode? Hell yeah, I can't wait.

I did, though I just re-read the interview and I'm not entirely sure anymore, perhaps their wording is just that crap.

To be honest, I can't imagine co-op as a DLC feature either.

Co-op is going to be available at release, they just didn't have it ready to show to the press at the time.

So, if I preorder for the Chaos Skins, will anyone else be able to get them if they don't preorder?

I'm just wondering if any of these bonuses will be available to those who don't preorder after the game is released, I vaguely remember that happening to me before with past games.

The Chaos Skins are pretty sweet, because I would assume you get to use them no matter what class you are playing, while the Bolter/Chainsword/Powersword are basically only for Tactical/Assault classes.

I do wish they would have made a preorder bonus with something involving the Iron Hands...nobody likes them D;

I'm guessing they'll make them available afterwards as purchasable DLC like they did for the Homefront's shotgun preorder bonus, though hopefully it's in a pack rather than individual.

Frankly, I just wish they let Steam have the power sword one, because being at a competitive disadvantage just because I prefer digital distribution is utterly stupid.

That's the thing, they could be donkey-caves and be like "K, you can buy everything but the Powersword after, so if you didn't order the Powersword, go feth yourself."

Then I'll be sad.

Maybe killteam will come to PC with the same unlock?

Why would they?

The power sword is available by purchasing through THQ proper or their digital download system.

Either way you end up having to use Steam, but the second way gives them a bit more control.

Hopefully if I purchase it through THQ I can just use the cd key and download it through steam...

I hope there's 4-way split screen multi-player and they add more modes like payload, king of the hill add/or capture the flag.

I'm just going to order form Best Buy for the Traitor Skins.

The golden weapons are just that, regular weapons with gold paint, snore.

Space Wolves are cool, but Black Templars are pretty boring, if it was say Iron Hands and Space Wolves..hell, I'll buy two.

Emperors Children are cool for the whole Slaanesh thing, and Iron Warriors are just badass.

I think the skins are the only worthwhile pre order. After all, you could just kill someone and take their golden bolter.

I like the way you think, much In the same fashion you can kill someone and take their skin... oh wait...

Actually, not that sure if you can loot weapons. Many astartes fancy their guns, and imperials certainly wouldn't touch most chaos weapons with a 10 foot stick.

AS far as I could tell from the trailers, you can pick their class when you step over them, or are killed by them. Weather or not you get the goldeness of their weapons is unknown.
