If I'm going to name units in a non-trolling attempt:
IG: A guardsman, preferably being nom'd by something or dying in a huge human wave attack... horribly. (I'm of the opinion that Guard are cool because they die in droves but keep coming).
Eldar: The Guardian, hence the thumbnail I posted earlier... I blame DoW 2 for this, the Guardians just have such awesome lines; they really made an impression.
Chaos Space Marines: A Chaos Space Marine. Preferably yelling something cool whilst letting rip with a Heavy Bolter... 'I HAVE FOUGHT YOUR ILK FOR TEN...THOUSAND...YEARS!' Something like that.
Space Marines: A Drop Pod.

When I think of my IG I think of this....
|
"War is not violence and killing, pure and simple; war is controlled violence, for a purpose. The purpose of war is to support your government's decisions by force. The purpose is never to kill the enemy just to be killing him but to make him do what you want him to do. Not killing... but controlled and purposeful violence."

It's only ever Guardians for Eldar if you want to rile them up and insult them, Henners91. I'd say it's either of the two psychers (they're largely interchangeable) or Striking Scorpion Exarch (since he is so prominent on 4th ed cover and is also the main focus in the only decent Eldar fluff-book to date).
So here's a Warlock
For Imperial Guard it is the commisar, in my opinion.

Actually, when I think Eldar, i think Maugan-Ra or Dark Reapers.. whenever i play DoW, I load up my army with the reapers (i dont play eldar on TT, else i would probably use them even if they suck)

My Icon is:
|
You are not free whose liberty is won by the rigour of other, more righteous souls. Your are merely protected. Your freedom is parasitic, you suck the honourable man dry and offer nothing in return. You who have enjoyed freedom, who have done nothing to earn it, your time has come. This time you will stand alone and fight for yourselves. Now you will pay for your freedom in the currency of honest toil and human blood. |

Guardians are pretty cool if you ask me... though mostly aesthetically rather than from a fluff/gameplay PoV... guess they're pretty fail there.
I do have a soft spot for Striking Scorpions though.

for me, my ork icon would be the burna. a full squad going into battle with a backpack full of potential explosives/flamable material in a badly made trukk wrecklessly barreling at the enemy
as for my spacve marines... not the most popular unit but I think of the legion of the damned. they are basically space marines to the space marines. what I mean by that is you have the imperium and the IG space marines will show up tear stuff up then leave saving the sday and then moving on to their next mission. whereas the legion when even the space marines are down and unabel to continue sometimes show up fight off the threat and leave before even the marines of the inquisition knows what happened
