Simple, it is a game, never forget that.

Yet you've seem to have forgotten that this is a forum for discussing the rules for Warhammer 40,000 and not a game of Warhammer 40,000.

You are discussing rules for a game.

My buddy has used his T-wolves on bike bases for the past 2 years. Every GT we've been to hasnt said anything about his base sizes.

And has anyone complained about them and did he run them past the tournament organizers first? It could be the players didn't say anything because they thought the organizers had okayed them.

He's had players complain about them at smaller RTT's. But very very few. He has won a couple GTs and no one has said anything. All TO's have gone in his favour when someone questions it. As they dont have a model out for them. And saying Canis is a T-Wolve doesnt really prove anything. He is a special character. Now, I believe when they do come out with a model that they will be supplied with a large base. But till then.

they come on the Rectangle bases IIRC

Yeah, I have a bunch of those as well. I've put them onto round 40mm bases (termie sized) so I can use them in LotR as Feral Wargs. I've also got some O&G WHFB wolves I'll probably base on round 40mms as well, along with the "wolf" sized RP models. As long as they're all just wolves/wargs/somethingorother that fits from one of the chaos codices on a 40mm base it'll all be good.

Actually, that reminds me - I have a bunch of old-school ugly rotting metal chaos hounds I was doing up as nurgle for "counts as" fleshhounds. I should find them, too!

Automatically Appended Next Post:
er.. do the current fleshhounds come with 40k-type bases, or still just the old-school WHFB cavalry bases?
