Do you have anybody who rides their motorcycle to work who's used the pack GO bag? If so, what did they think about it? Do they ride a sporbike or a cruiser type bike? Could you fit a 2k space marine army in the bag? I'd really like a way to be ride my bike and take an army somewhere.

derek - You can always request one and we would be more than happy to put some free ones in with any custom order. It really depends on how much room you have left after your trays. Normally we put free toppers in to fill any open space.
wwwZugZugorc - We looked at those guys and they are really basic shapes. Simply using a circle that is a bit bigger than the base works just fine. If you have weird bits sticking out you could always do a combined shape using a circle and other shape.
Breotan - This may be something we do in the future. There just has not been enough demand for it up to this point. We have less than a handful of people ask for .25 sizing and having to recode for more shapes is very costly if people do not take advantage of it on a large scale.
Sarge - This bag unlike our old P.A.C.K. 1520 with the backpack straps is way more user friendly. The back of the bag is padded with thick foam. The straps are soft with padding inside and we even designed a lower back pad that protects people with lower back problems. If you check out the video on the website http://www.battlefoam.com you can see how much design went into the bag for gaming and traveling.
We did not just order a basic backpack and put our name on it. We designed it with the geeky needs we all love and want but with the function of a traveling pack.
Hope that helps.

Helps quite a bit battlefoam, but you still didn't address my question about using it while riding a motorcycle. Have any of the folks at battlefoam tried that yet?

Sarge - I don't know how to really answer your question. Its a backpack that is made for traveling and storage. We have traveled with it to a few cons to test out the durability and it works great.
I can't really say if you will like it on your motorcycle. I would imagine if you have used a backpack on your bike before it should be no different.

There seems to be a new trend of these bags moving to sideways trays, as opposed to the older style of stacking them vertically (a la 720 and 1520). So much of the newer GW stuff is detrimental to go sideways, such as the DE vehicles. The same goes for many FoW vehicles, which granted, has it's own vertically stacking bag, but is pretty small.

Romeo, is there an ETA for PP Minions trays, or are you waiting until more things are released for them before doing those templates?

Hi Romeo a couple questions if you don't mind.
Is there any way to order some pick and pluck sized just for the dvd mantic boxes? ALso can you make pick and pluck foams even thinner than 1inch?
I ask you this because I'm on a 15mm spree atm and all bags (even the mini one) are to big for those kind of miniatures, or do you have other suggestion for the 15mm individual base skirmish games? those things are dead tiny and everything else outhere is a waste of space.
Noticed also that your shipping flat rate for europe about 13ish is probably ok for other items but for a few DVD sized trays priced at 4euro seem a bit to much, maybe there is another cheaper option for these small sized orders?
Regards.

I just got the Trollblood Beast tray. I'm using it to hold 2 Warhogs, a Gunboar, and Carver, as well as all my Troll beasts and 3 LongRiders.

Seems like this has turned into a Q&A thread so I will jump in.
Romeo, the custom tray creator has the shape for an Eldar Fire Prism and an "Eldar Tank" (Falcon) but it doesn't have one for the Eldar Wave Serpent. One of your pre-made trays does have a Wave Serpent compatible shape (to make room for the energy shield aerials that stick out of the front wings) but it is not in the custom tray creator. Will it be added or do we just have to e-mail you guys with a list of what we want in a tray that is made for Wave Serpents?

Thanks for trying though battlefoam, I do appreciate it. I'll see if I can make it fit my 2k space marine army and give it a whirl.

Sonic Para - The shape you are looking for is called "Eldar Tank" that is what its under.
Platuan4th - The main reason we wait to release PP trays is to make sure we can fill a full tray. Recently many of the armies have released new jacks or beasts. Once we have good layout with a solid number of models we design the tray, have PP sign off on it and it gets posted.
Navarro - We currenly do not have plans to make pick and pluck for the Mantic bags. We will be doing more for the Mantic line when Warpath releases. My best suggestion for the 15mm stuff is to use the Custom Tray Creator. With all the shapes in there you should find small enough cut out to help you. We can also cut your trays smaller than 1" if you request it with your custom order.

You are looking at it backwards. The front of the tank is the part with the fins on each side and the pointy bits. On the tray above the front of the tank is pointing down with the boxes. You have 2 pointing up and 1 pointing down. The fins you are talking about are what go in the parts that stick out.
We just made this tray a bit wider on the back end to fit conversions or basic custom work. Its a more universal tray since it holds 3 tanks.

Thanks Romeo... Damn no pick and pluck for DVD box! In the custom order can I specify any size for the tray ( as opposed to the trays common sizes that you have in the software) and can it be pick and pluck or its only for laser cut foams?

Only for non Pick and Pluck. Sorry Navarro. Maybe in the future. You never know with us. If the demand is there we will do it.

Thanks, Romeo. I figured it had something to do with how little they have due to being new, just thought I'd ask to confirm.
I'll probably pick up the standard pluck foam for now and trade out later.

I really dig the Go bag. Should work good on a motorcycle with no luggage.
Any chance in the future of a thinner hard bag that could fit in the large pocket on the Go? I'm guessing the 216 is too big to fit, so something like the 216 but a little thinner to fit the pocket. As long as it could hold 2x 1" trays it would be quite useful. Sell if with either a ipad/netbook and accessories tray, hobby and paint trays, or figure trays to extend the normal storage.
