Great work there mate,i'm yet to meet someone who doesn't like moster trucks.Are you going to try and replicate those crazy graphics they have on the body work?Obviously with an Orky twist,i was thinking DAKKA DAKKA in bulletholes or something in that vein.

Nice conversions. I love the canons. How many trukks did you buy and convert to make all those canons?

I would smear a mix of pva glue and sand in between the treads of the tires and all over the underside of the truck to make them look even dirtier!

I really love how you made such a drastic change to the vehicle and look it so orkish, but not over the top in a negative way. Respect!!

There were 3 complete trucks, 12 pairs of tonka tires and I had enough bits left from my Warbuggy project to complete 4 War Trucks. I still need to make 2 more war trucks. The key pieces Im missing for these are some FW engine blocks and truck beds. When I get home on leave Ill bring these back with me.

Using the tonka tires allowed me to re-task the 18 tires from the 3 truck kits for use as Kannon wheels

I went back to my bits box and plasti-card cache to build out the rest of the kannons.

So 3 truck kits, 12 tonka tires + Bitz = 4 trucks and 9 Big Gunz

Gretchin crew for the Gunz are complete - just not with me to photograph.

What I want to do next is give a purpose to each of my trucks:

Loot Storage (blue, with scrap metal in the back)
Squig Pound (cage in the back and add some squigs inside)
Wrecker (add a wrecker crane to the back of one)
Mushroom transport (chow wagon)

I used the wheels that came with the truck models - since I didnt use them for the Monster Trucks.

I've seen a lot of monster Ork trukks, but they usually fall flat. these are perfectly to scale, and fit not only with the look and style of monster trucks, but with Ork asthetics too! Crackin' good job.

Also, Squig ridin' shotgun rules.

Im overseas and without my normal painting supplies and kit - so itll be a long time before I get things sorted with the paint. My next project is going to be a Blasta Bomba - I still have 3 wheel sets so these can go to the landing gear.

Actually I was asking about the Truck wheels....Blasta Bomma would be great to see. My attempt for AI suffered from being far to big hmmph.

No - Ive made buggies already and bikes. And I still have left over tires. My FOC is full so Im looking for other vehicles from other FOC's like IA or Apoc.

Not for the faint of heart - Mega Nobs. I received one as a gift (not shown) the others I picked up a Games Day two years ago. Finally got around to converting them into Mega Nobs. Theres also a Warboss, Boyz Nob, and a few tanbusters, one with a tankhammer.
