Illegal list. The two Land raiders I put in bold cannot be taken. Only one terminator squad can take a Land Raider Crusader as a dedicated transport. The second two land raiders would have to go in your heavy slot. However, your heavy slot was filleded with Storm Ravens. You could do it in an Apoc game, though. But, that would let any Space Marine take an infinite number of assault cannons...
Besides, the illegal list is only 21 assault cannons anyway, not 36.

Also remember this...
I believe you can put assault cannons on Razorbacks if I'm not mistaken. This comes from the vanilla marine codex.

Probably the space wolves- Razorspam ftw. Especially on small objective taking squads. The termies can be in units of three in pods, with 2 others going as pack leaders.
Oh, and Dreads come with them for frreeeeeeee! (Dunno why I'm so excited).

The rules are devastatingly similar as well (Same rate of fire*, same AP, same Range, both have the rending rule.) The only difference is the Strength of the Psycannon is 1 better than an Assault cannon.
*Psycannons can also fire as Assault 2 instead of Heavy 4.
Well that's a change. I haven't concerned myself with the new Grey Knight rules but I remember in 2nd ed psycannons were described as stormbolters with psychically powered ammo

Probably stilll GK, as they are dirt cheap and can even have razorbacks with S7 assault cannons (psybolt ammo)
