Agreed in spades. Thanks for the pic. I have to get this one painted. 120+ points cheaper than Marneus and with TH/SS termies it not only looks good but it packs a nasty wallop.

Totally play Cato, hes awesome! and the coup is awesome when it lands. The reaction from other players are always kind of funny.

Well, he's technically a Space Marine, but if you've read the GK fluff I think you'll understand why many people here don't like him very much.

Oh, I've read it.

It still amazes me that people think that it is word for word true, and not just ridiculously, ridiculously, exaggerated because he is a hero character.

It is, but it is canon, and therefore, true in the 40k universe. What we read is not just a story written by a Grey Knight or something, it's the official background for the Grey Knights. Yes, we wish it wasn't, but it is. I don't have anything against the GK rule-wise, but fluff-wise, I hate them.

Gabriel Seth is a monster, he has ever failed me. Put him in an a geared up command squad with a chapter banner and a Liby with might of heroes and unlesh rage. On the charge he could have 6-9 str9 rending attacks with rerolls. Seth has cut dreds, land raiders, enemy HQs, and countless waves infantry in half unfortune enough to cross his path. And he's pretty cheap point wise too.

Lysander has to be my favorite. He was captured by Iron Warriors, survived their torture, and broke out and escaped with his bare hands? And still continues to hunt them down? The phrase "Like a Boss" comes to mind.

Dont forget his S10 thunder hammer of awesomeness

You know, now that I think of it, Dorn, Vulkan and Russ were the only Primarchs who stood against Smurfman when he wanted all chapters to go Codex: Astartes. The three manliest Primarchs! Yes, the Imperial Fists gave birth to the Crimson Fists and Back Templars anyways, but they way that came out, we can't really blame them.

You kind of wonder what Lysander was doing while he was doing a bid at a chaos prison. Probably lifting weights and got a cool prison tattoo. He kills Iron Warriors, "like a boss."

Wrong.Rerolls I am not sure about,rending yes,but he always strikes at Str 8.It was in the FAQ I believe,that he does gain +1 Str for FC,but that is then reduced to 8 as per the weapon's rule.

Ah, read the FAQ, strength 8 at I6, and re rolls are from liby's unlesh rage. Seth will cut anything apart.

Ah.I wasn't familair with the reroll circumstance,but I am sure about the rending.If you have your Str placed at certain value,such as 4,then you will all ways be increased or decreased to match this,so a power fist would just make you Int 1 PW.
