Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

I run half an hour most days and train twice a week at the rugby club plus a match.

I compliment this with post match beers and where ever possible take away curries.

Every Wednesday I go to the bar, drink some beer, and eat some delicious/unhealthy bar food....but my exercise/diet makes up for it

And if you're drinkin' well, you know that you're my friend and I say "I think I'll have myself a beer"

Was waiting for someone to be honest, I laughed through the first page.

I usually just run around the city parks occasionally with my ipod on, at least twice a week. I lift my own set of weights I got from my parents house that are around 40 years old pretty much everyday.

The only sport I can play is Basketball because when I was younger, I broke my foot twice when I used to play Hockey, and I was also stabbed in that same foot a couple of years ago.

My left foot is sad D;

I'm in the rowing squad at school, so I have a ridiculous amount (almost to the detriment of my studies).

Monday: 1 hour of circuits after school
Tuesday: Early morning 10Km row, afternoon, 16Km row followed by a 3km run
Wednesday: Lunchtime 1 hour core stability session, After School long distance ergo (usually around 40-50 minutes)
Thursday: 10Km session in one boat, 10 Km in another boat, then an ergo
Friday: After school Plyometrics
Saturday: Time trial (practice) and races (External)
Some Sundays: external races

yeah, I do a fair bit.

Rowing is proper good for you, good effort with all that training.

I once managed 10,000 meters on the concept 2 (max resistance) in 37:57

I was in Northern Ireland, stuck in a gakky sanger, and all we had was some free weights and a rower. So I did 10,000 meters every day for months.

I was stunned at how much better I got at push ups, pull ups, dips.

Ive been a huge fan ever since and Ive now got one in my house.

I play rugby so I do alot of cardio (or try to anyway) but being a Front-row I need to keep up muscle mass so I try to splice in some lifting every once in a while.

I begin my regimen at 5 in the morning with three hours of Greco-Roman wrestling. Naked, of course.
After that, I proceed on a refreshing 27mile run up and down the local mountains.
About noon, after I'm done warming up, I do 10,000 crunches. If I'm in the mood to take it easy that day, I only do 9,999. After that, I lift weights with Arnold until about 6 in the evening.
After that, I have a glass of water along with a salad and plan out the next days workout as well as reveiw my progress.

yea, the UPS guy is an acceptable diversion enjoyed by Team Wienie as well, although half the time nearly blind TBone is barking in the wrong direction...

It's because hippies and UPS are the only species who, if they join together under one leader, can stop the Dachsundskreig.

Until such a monstrosity is born, however, hippies and UPS must be culled, so that when the time comes, they shall be far too weak to stop the inevitable.

Thursday: Heavy weight days. Same focus as Tuesday.
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: AM run or some random P90X/Insanity workout
Sunday: Sports day. Either Basketball or Ultimate Frisbee

Paintball when I'm not poor.

On and off with p90x, obviously more off than on. Biggest problem I always have is that I can't find a place to do pullups. My doorways are always shaped weird and won't allow me to put a doorway pull up bar on. I wonder how cheap it would be to construct one out of wood.

Also, I've always heard running bare feet is bad for you. If anything, I know my brothers family all seem to walk around barefooted all the time and there feet are cracked and otherwise ghastly looking.

I'm nowhere near parkour capable, I'd love to do it though, however I would never do it barefooted. All the glass and nails and other rusty bits you'd find in a city would undoubtedly find you.

The only exercise i do at the minute is work. I am fairly fit right now though not as trim as i was last year. Medication combined with smoking and a little exercise made the weight fall off me last summer, was ~9.5 stone, on 6 foot the weight didnt go very far. Back up to 11 and am still 'skinny'.

Oddly i am a super fast sprinter, as in 'holy moley, where'd that come from?!' fast. No idea why, my legs are very skinny and i only run on very rare ocasions for short periods of time.
