But what if you can't decide which one out of the series you prefer and don't wanna use all the options on the one series?

Tough, but here goes...

1: Streets Of Rage 2
2: Kid Chameleon
3: Bioshock
4: Quake 2
5: Max Payne

Plus around 15 others including: Commando's, Red Alert 2, Sonic The Hedgehog and Mario Kart....

Chrono Trigger - This game has hands down the greatest sound track ever... even playing it now with a couple buddies just for nostalgia, i remember being back in grade 8 having sleep overs playing this game non stop.

Shadow of the Colossus - This game is so damn unique and different from everything else out there. The controls are aggravating, but that's half the battle

Fallout Series - Fallout 2 is probably my favorite out of all of those, but Fallout 3 was a phenomenal game.

Resident evil series, up to and including #4. Resident evil 2 was what made me choose between N64 and playstation 2. Survival horror won over Goldeneye.

Silent Hill series... love them all, even the crappy Wii game

The main reason it made it into mine, every couple of months I still throw it in and play through conquest.

I wish they would re-release it in HD (like the MGS series) and have online play...I wouldn't leave my apartment for months of they did that

With the success of bad company 2 and recent release of battlefield 3, i think there is a big market for these style of games again... I think it would do incredibly well.

I must say halo 2 was close to my top five 'the Arbiter' is imo one of the best missions in gaming history. In terms of mixing gameplay styles and fun its hard to beat.

Haha, I wish I knew how many times I played through that game...I even went so far as to collecting the custom camos from all the Cobra Unit (The End was the hardest!!!)

Aye, agreeing with the series being 'unfair, cop out' thing, so going to force myself to narrow it down.

1. World of Warcraft: Wraith of the Lich King - just wins out over TBC, for the feel and design, plus the fact I love the norse style setting.
2. Doom
3. Silent Hill 2
4. Halo: Reach: Atmosphere, the story, everything in this game is pure class in my mind, the music just tops it off. Kat's death, was the first time in the history of me playing games, that I had to pause the game and sit there for a sec stunned on how sudden and cruel it was.
5. Mass Effect 2: Although I miss some of the roleplaying elements of the first, the streamlined and improved combat, and the story arc puts it out in front.

On a side note, Skyrim should already be in here, but I need to be honest and give it a few more weeks first, but it is very likely to be in my top five for a long time.
