Thank you,A conversion is only successful to me if it looks like it was cast that way,the subtle conversions are always best IMO.
Funny how a few Troops to go along with my Angron model became the beginnings of a full on army.
I might just have to make a new Game Legal Angron,that will be the tough part.
I wish GW would resculpt the BloodThirster, that scupt is so dated

The rust on the greater daemon is insane! Love the red and blue, as well, they work well together (I wouldn't have thought so at first).

This latest skull champion is also excellent!

I got the Red/Blue idea from the Nids.
It looked good on them so I figured it would work.

The Bloodthirster is sexy! Really like the oxidized copper effect you added to the knee armour.

Love the army, it's all painted really well, and the older marks of PA make for an interesting and varied force. Really like the old school HWs too... The greater daemon is beautiful (painting-wise that is!).

Awesome paint jobs and converting, I really like how you painted the chipping.

With me making more of these guys I ran out of Micro Art Skull bases fast.
With that in mind and the fact basing is one of my favorite parts of modeling I decided to make my own.
Using the Skeleton Warrior kit I whipped up a couple of bases then cast them,then I repostioned some pieces and cast that too for a total of 4 different bases.
These ones you see here are all from the casts,I can make as many as I need now.
Using the smaller flegellant skull I made this truely disturbing pose of mother and child.

Holy . These are amazing! I only have one criticism and that is that the red seems a little...dull in areas? I guess I'm more used to the bright-firetruck red. But otherwise, these are some of the best world eaters I've seen!
Also, I'm very interested in where you got the reactive paint. Google didn't show any correct results...shed a little light on the subject, please?

Here is the last one that I am going to use the PH upgrade on.
I am starting to run low on FW bits so the next will use the pure FW bezerker upgrade on most likely regular Bezerker running legs which will still look really good.




I also redid the missile launcher going full on with the muzzle design
