Ulrik for sho, come on he's wearing Primarch's hat, been saluted by another and is I think the earliest special named chaplain model. Plus he makes other models fight better, and he's fought as many Armageddons as Yarrick. Grimaldus comes close though.

Grimaldus he survived a temple falling on him, got up didn't die. On the table top we had him almost die 6 times. He got up laughed and killed a daemon prince.
I don't know about you but in the fluff he is the most badass chaplain ever.

I like Ulrick, he even gained the respect of the Traitorous World Eaters after he taught them a lesson in Arse Kicking.
For sheer dynamism and presence though I think Cassius.
If you were on the battle field and you saw him in action you would know straight away that this bloke was as hard as a Coffin Nail and was the man to follow and you would follow him too.

I'd have to say one that isnt on the list.
Its the Salamanders 3rd company chaplain. He is so badass that he went up one on one against a huge ork warboss and PimP slapped him in the face with his crosius. Then the ork cut half his arm, and then was pinned by a termie and 2 sargeant before the chaplain came and smashed its head it with his crosius. All while his arm was still bleeding.

Grimaldus is a an Elite Category where only the Emperor and Gods reside. He ranks somewhere between Draigo/Primarch Category and the Marbo/Chuck Norris group.

Grimaldus all the way. I may be biased, having switched over to finally collecting Black Templars, despite having the book for a half year and playing pickup games, I lost my first game with them last night Haven't tried Grimaldus yet, but I may tonight. Won't my friend be surprised when he hits the table "Did I mention he's leadership ten and gets back up as long as my Marshal is still alive? I didn't? So sad..."

I may start sounding like a fanboy, but when reading WD375, March 2011, I was reading about the apoc hame to conclude the WD Armeggedon campaign. It said that Grimaldus wss lost early on in the fighting.
FALSE!!!!
What really happened was that he left because he realised his lucky purity seal was still buried under the cathedral
