I'm saying Cassius, he's an Ultramarine with the balls to deviate away from the Codex! The man has made it his mission to get rid of the Tyranids, he has half a face and he likes fire. Total badassery without the need for Servitors following him carrying bits of a house he once got trapped in.

Grimaldus, and it ain't even close. Not even slightly.

He wasn't trapped. Trapped would imply that he couldn't get out, something that is obviously not true. The servitors also aren't carrying pieces of the Cathedral, they're carrying Relics. As for ignoring the Codex Astartes, Grimaldus is a Black Templar. The Templars ignored the Codex before it was cool! My vote therefore goes to Hipst... Chaplain Grimaldus.

Oh, and he's got "Grim" in his name.

Grimaldus, he head-buts an ork and strangles it with a chain while standing on an altar.

He tells a coward he's not worth using his weapon to kill, so he strangles him to death instead as well.

When you're Grimaldus, you don't need weapons apparently.

Grimaldus and Astorath are tied for badassery in my book

Grimaldus had a cathedral fall on him and he was the only Templar to survive an entire crusade. He's also a mean son of a bitch in Helsreach.

Grimaldus. On tabletop he can take a railgun to his face and get back up purely because he doesn't feel like dieing yet.

Lemartes.The man fething overcame the Black Rage and now simply beats the out of anything foolish enough to get in his way.

Grimaldus. He is accompanied by cenobytes. CENOBYTES. If you've seen Hellraiser, you will understand why this fact alone makes him the boss.

I was going to say Astorath, then Lemartes, but then I saw Grimaldus. Grimadus obviously takes the cake.

Lemartes. He has to be held in stasis between battles for safety reasons. He's a living comet of pure destruction. Not to mention overcoming the chapter's greatest weakness threw sheer will. Surving a temple crashing on you.. Not bad. Telling the gene curse of your chapter to piss off. Better

Agree'd, Grimaldus is just plain awesome.

While others may have a better story (highly unlikely) Grimaldus is the most boss of all chaplains.

Grimaldus no-sells the universe. He wins.

Grimaldus is the Space marine Equvilient of Chuck Norris.

As far as fluff goes Astorath or maybe Lemartes are my faves, but I'm a Blood Angels fan boy. As far as rules-wise Chaplain Cassius is the probably best deal for the cheapest points. He is super hard to kill and a points bargain, just barely over the price of a normal chappy with toughness 6 and feel no pain. He is boss.
