I have suspecions about a number of new game companies which all have the same look and see to cross market their products. I would think GW would need to disclose ownership in their yearly reports - but an (ex)-company officer with money to invest could pull it off privately.

The joke is a possible explanation.
Does GW do any casting for hire? No idea if that is something companies do.

I don't buy the joke explanation. Does this company not do quality control? Do they not check stuff before shipping it? Something like this should have been caught in a big, big hurry.
