Will there be advance orders first or will they just pop up on the 25th?

I already save this much money shopping at my local FLGS, But it still is a great idea and I might even save more money .

Seems to me they are doing this to lower what they have in stock in their warehouses.

These seem like good bundles, drop pod aside.

Marines + Drop Pod looks like an upgrade to me from their previous deal, which was a combat squad + Razorback IIRC.

In khorne's name why would they? the 'standard' boxes are gold! only with a new edition or 2 they are replaced and the marines in the stormraven and the ones from FW kinda look the same!

I asked my FLGS owner and he had no idea about this. He called while I was in the store and verified the 25th as well.
I got the Ork bundle reserved.

Well three of the four sets contain figures for which there are simplified versions (I don't know about the Chaos) so...

What's wrong with scouts? Popped a rhino and took out 3 marines from the explosion with 1 scout sniper. Drinks all around! It was both cinematic, and satisfying.

+1. It's beyond bad. It's a joke, and if you didn't laugh you'd cry. Can pick up 1 infinity model for $10, or 1 finecast SM captain for $28. Hmm...

But on topic, bundle deals would be handy. If the savings equal buying online (doubt it), it'll save time waiting for orders to arrive.

Bleh, I'm only ever going to be happy when Guardsmen actually come with some options instead of them raising the prices of ten dudesmen with lasguns.

Got the Masters of the Chapter + Linebreaker Squadron back during those crazy deals.

Only wish I had managed to pick up a Battle Company back then. Still wish they'd sell those as boxes, I'd buy one in a heart beat.

Any new word on this if they're going to carry Eldar or Dark Eldar combos?

true, but that would leave me with 10 chaos marines rather than blood angels
