Using alien models that are WYSIWYG as DCA is not a proxy however it is a counts-as, as it is perfectly resonable that a radical inquisitor has hired some alien forces off the books.

Using models that have nothing in common other than size and base are proxies, the two are different things.

Relictors: 1500pts

its safe to say that relictors are the greatest army a man , nay human can own.

So you think its different to have a model the same size and dimensions is not ok but using a fantasy model that is the same size and dimensions is ok? Yea thats logical.

I'd allow it, but wouldn't be impressed by it at all and would be very tempted to question the TO on what his reasoning is, considering there's so many ways you can proxy without BLATANTLY just being lazy and uncreative.

Every single one of my assassins are going to be based on a kit of DE Wyches with conversion work and green-stuff. They're going to have the weapons, Armour and profile that they're supposed to represent.

The obvious difference is a Grey Knight with two NFW's in shiny, silver and huge power-armour doesn't resemble an assassin in any way, shape or form.
