Granted, but thankfully Rick Santorum does not, as far as I know, actually post here.

Actually quite a few people try to insult Sisters by calling them female space marines.

These people are worthless trash, of course, but given that I hope you understand why I was so annoyed even though in this case it was a misunderstanding.

It's something off a bunch of little cartoons from between programmes on (I think) Nick Toons.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

I have often refered to the SoBs as female sm to someone who doesn't to give a vague idea of the playstyle and aesthetic. If they are interested I explain in more detail but I mean nothing insulting by this as I want them just can't afford them.

Also it seems a waste of time to insult somebody else toy soldiers based on the idea that my toys are better. You get that a lot?

How is calling them female SM's insulting? They are like uber-people.

... It's because you can't make female SM. And the only reason the SOB exist is so they have an all female army for the feminists out there, so their army can be superior to male armies.

/sarcasm.

Mostly, because Sisters of Battle are human. It's like if you looked at Tyranids and said "they're like necrons if necrons were bugs", it's just stupid and also dumb. But also because "female space marines" is a controversial topic that causes much nerdrage.

Hm, he DID wield the Sword of Martin and the fur roughly matches, but Matthias was more known for wearing green than... that monstrosity.
