I don't know, the Bestigors might do a better job point for point.

The Minos survive slightle better due to not being T-stomped but either way they are going to be gutted before they swing without some magic buff or debuff help. Killing flying monsters especially has been my biggest problem with my Beastmen. If I don't have one or two strong magic phases to hamper them I usually end up losing.

Minos and De dragons are both I3 so they won't be swatted aside as easily with snow chance of return blows

The unit champ is the key.
The dread lord will kill the champ before the champ swings, which prevents the Init 3 dragon, init 3 breathe, and ASF thunder stomp from doing anything. With 3 ranks, standard and warbanner, you might beat the dragon by 2 or 3 on the round the dreadlord has to accept the challenge. Getting a M5 block in combat with a M10 swift striding dragon that flies is extremely tough. Which is why I'd go for shooting/magic to down it. Keep in mind, that dread lord might also be stubborn, so the challenge may fail.

Razorgor hunting packs might work just to pin him in place for a while

I'm swapping the giant in my list for a Razorgor chariot and the Beastlord for a Great bray this game.

Running him with crown of command, hag tree fetish thats just over half his equipment allowance. I'm definitely running him Lore of Death.

That should at least do some damage. Lore of Death snipe spells bypass the stupid Pendent.

The Razorgor chariot will probably do a couple wounds on the dragon before dying horribly, but it will weaken him to where he may be more careful with his dragon.

Well with the Fetish you should just be able to kill the dragon stone dead
